Sorry Ron but your argument is like your bladder... It don't hold water.. Sorry I couldn't resist.. Thanks for the 'Young Bucks" comment but I am 50 and don't care to discuss my bodily functions and not sure what is has to do with coolers on a bike... 3 bucks for a drink??? What are you drinking besides Metamucil? My drinks cost $.50 to 1.50. If cost is a driving factor check this: Cooler Rack $30 worth of materials for a homeade job and up to $300 for a top of the line store bought... $5 - 30 for a cooler... $1.50 for a bag of ice and whatever for you're supermarket drinks cost you. It don't take a Math Major to figure out you would have to drink a boatload of Dr. Peppers to get a return on the cost of your cooler.. BTW I'm a bonafide Cheap Bastid... If it would save me money I'd do it... I just can't make the numbers work. Not to mention... adding weight on the rear of your bike.. hiding your plate and/or brake lights... Yes I agree you're adding a little convenience but is it really worth it??

Not sure about the wrinkle.. but I think the Flat Black would really make the chrome pop.

I'm probably in the minority here.... But I don't get this whole "cooler thing" .. Don't they have stores where you guys ride that you can buy cold drinks? When I'm road trippin I gotta stop every 1 1/2 to 2 hours for gas.. I usually buy a drink if I'm thirsty. I have a cooler rack on my piggybacker trailer and I put a tote there with my tools in it.. Someone explain the need for a cooler to me please.

I got 65,000 on my 03 RSMV... I bought it in 05 with 10,000 on it Replaced the clutch w/Barnett at 25K Replaced the working battery in 07 before a 7000 mile trip Lost a coil last year in Houston I got her in the shop right now getting the last of my Warranty work done: Fix Fuel Gauge... Had to replace speedo cluster Fix leaky rear shock - Replace Fix Cruise Control While there I'm having them adjust the Valves... Guy said it would only be 1 hour labor... I'm holding him to it. I'll let you know how it comes out... She's supposed to be ready next week.

It's very similar but not the same... Decible level is lower... Looks like the Wolo has more chrome on the compresor. and is about 10 bucks more... I've seen Wolos in Parts stores but not the chrome ones.

I got some colorrite paint and I'm going to try the roller cut with mineral spirits method... If it doesn't come out shiney I'm gonna paint the whole bike Flat Black... probably John Deere Blitz Black.

I have a few sets of the (Discontinued) Royal Star Chrome Rotor Covers that I'm going to put up for sale and I don't know what they're worth. I was wondering what VRs that have them paid for them... And what Caliper Covers did you use with these.. From what I understand is the RS Caliper covers won't work on the RSV. Thanks Maineac

Sounds like you overuse it... Summer and Winter??? I have the Craftsman Brand Tender and only hook it up in the winter when the bike sits for more than a week... Don't use mine at all during Summer .. I really think you can overdo these things.
