Do you have to buy one that is water proof if you are careful not to get it wet. How well will they stand up to vibration?

My cable broke and I purchased one at NAPA auto parts that was a universal cable and cut to fit and crimped on the end. All I have to do was file down the diameter of the end slightly. I have had it on there for about 30,000 miles now and still doing good. I covered the cable with grease when I installed it. -
I can remember when I was a kid and the school bus we rode had vacuum wipers. Every time he went up a hill the wipers would stop until we crested the hill.

You don't need one for the v-4 just install straight pipes on it like I did and get the real sound.

Take a look at the BMW 1200RT. It has the looks and handling of a sport bike and the comfort for long trips. With the boxer engine this bike will run forever. I started college when I was 35 graduated at 40 and am now an instructor at Arkansas State University. I like 5 more classes having a masters degree in technical school administration. I am also working on my certification in adult education. I was an automotive technician for 15 years and now teach it. I talk about cars all day and get paid for it. What a job. Oh, and I am off from May 15 to Aug 15, a week at thanksgiving, 3 weeks at Christmas, and a week in March for spring break.

My daughter falls asleep and I make her put her hands between my waist and my belt and she leans against me and sleeps and I don't have to worry about her falling off.

If the odometer is still working then the speed sensor is still sending. The speed sensor is a simple pulse generator that generates A/C pulses and sends to computer. The computer calculates these pulses and sends the signal to the speedometer head. If the odometer is working it about has to the the speedometer unless there is a bad connection on the plug on the circuit board.

Don I used to have those gout attacks and the doctor put me on a medication called allopurinol and I haven't had an attack since. It slows the production of uric acid in the blood and stops the attacks. It has worked great for me. Gout can also damage the kidneys also. Get well soon buddy. Curtis

You can go to a boat dealer and they have a product that you can use to buff out the winshield. I use nothing but Lemon Pledge on mine for 3 years now and still clear.
