I really like the RSTD Bar End Weights. That's waht I hope to find.

They are great. Mark (Phoneman1981) has a pair on his bike & I had ridden his RSTD & they really fit me well. I ordered them, had about a year before we got around to putting them on at the Tri-State MD in Sterling. Have only ridden a few hundred miles since install, but they are everything I was hoping. No more shoulder aches or neck bind. Do you have a set of "Bar End Weights" 6 a RSTD?

Looking for a set of "RSTD Bar End Weights". I put a set of Flanders "Pull Back" bars on my 06 RSTD. Now I want to put the RSTD bars on my "RSV". I need a set of "Bar End Weights" for a RSTD to put on the bars. The bar end weights are the ones that have the bolt running all the way through them to a nut in the end of the handle bar. I am still looking for a Hannigan sidecar to put on my MMRSV. Anybody have an eye on one that is available? Need a used one as a new one will cost twice what my MM cost 3 years ago. Photos if possible. THANKS

I put a 130 on the front of my RSV after reading about the better slow speed handling & have really liked it. I didn't experience any poor handling at speed so I really like the change. Have a 130 hanging in the garage to put on my RSTD when the front wears out. Can't wait.

I ride withe the perfect example of a guy they pattered this code by. Some of you know him as Phoneman1981. He is the most helpful guy in the world & he knows somebody everywhere that can help in any situation. I have only been biking with Mark for 3 years and I could write 10,000 words, and tell of numerous stories I have personally witnessed. We are really lucky to have this great group of guys & gals here @ VRO to fall back on, but stopping and helping a stranger is the ultimate "Paying It Forward". Keep up the good work and thoughts. What goes around, does come around.

Owen, I feel for your predicament during this accident. I think we should all take a little lesson with your reenactment of this accident. We need to have a little more info about those we are riding with. I was made very aware of this by Phoneman1981 (Mark Shields) 2 summers ago just before we rode to Sturgis. We had just recently met on this site, even though we lived within 25 miles of each other for 20+ years. Mark said we should trade important info, *wifes name & phone #, allergies, meds taken, blood type, etc.* Fortunately we never had to use the info, but I still have his & we ride together quite a lot. Keep us up to date on Aharbi. C Ya,

I had the dealer install a Baron Lowering Kit and it's a great addition to the RSTD. The handling seemed to be the same, although I only rode it about 50 miles home from the dealer. The only thing I noticed is the headlight will need to be adjusted as it was shining pretty high. I also took the RSV sown to have a lowering kit put on it. It is a little taller than the RSTD. It will be great to get it lowered a little. Mark (Phoneman1981) & I will get together and compare the feel of a lowered and non-lowered RSTD & let you know. We were going to do this install ourselves, but I have run out of time and got impatient to get it installed so I had the dealer do it. When I picked the bike up the mechanic said the only thing that was a little dicey was the relocation of the brake caliper, (sometheng about having to turn or relocate the banjo) maybe a little to advanced for me without some help. Anyway the lowered bike is really nice when you pull up to a stop sign. C Ya,

I saw yhat RSV with the big sidecar on it in Sturgis. It's really a nice fit and great looking addition to the RSV. Maybe we could get a deal ordering 2 at the same time. Good luck finding a used one. I have been looking since August. No luck. Dan
