    Boy Thom thats got to realy be a downer. on the repair is the fairing even avaialble still and would a dealer do the repairs? my local shop wouldnt even install a front tire they sold me.

    I got a little Bichon whe wieghs about 18 pounds, up till a couple weeks ago she kept my disabled father who lived with me company durring the day. Then he had a freak accident and drowned in our pool when i was at work. any way id like to take her with me on the bike, ive seen other dog just sitting on the back seat but id like to find a safe secure way to bring her with me.any one here do this?

    click on vBPicGallery Hall then click on Manage My vBPicGallery once there hit edit there you can pt pic in the message box using photo bucket just as ytou would i a post message or scroll lower there you can upload a image from your pc.

    Thanks guys it was down into the 30s when it happened. I didnt know about a weep hole JB. ive been out of it a bit after my Father had a freak accident last week.

    Ive not ridden a RSV but i have put many miles on my old 1100 star and brothers roadstar. and yes you can streach out. but I also had time i would like to have shifted my butt in the seat and you cant take any weight off with your feet out in front of you like I can with my feet under me on my 84. and where before my tailbone would get sore i one position my feet under me can take alot of the preasure off it so for me long distance I like me riding position now. Oh ya and 1st gen 1200s are faster specially Blue ones

    Odd thing i had happen. Tuesday night I rode to dinner it was pretty cold as i needed my leather and gloves. the bike was not hot at all and i parked it in my garage when i got home. the bike sat wensday and thurday. Friday I noticed some coolant under it along with my normal oil drip after parking. I wiped it up and checked my bottle level was fine and the radiator cap was tight also. first time ive had the happen. I went out to brekfast this morning with my brother to take my mind off things and did smell some anti freeze but figure it was residue on the hot bike. no leak tonight.

    My prayers go out to Darrells family. although ive never met anyone here you all feel like friends. I just lost my Dad to a tragic accedent Wensday afternoon so I know how they must feel.

    Like he said you can tip your toes down with the pegs. the rsv your feet are out front so no need to tip your toes down. i have scared myself a few time while turning and scrape my toe on the ground Gary ive got a good seat I dont think i want or need a tow hitch. if you make a sale let me know ive got this seat i took off .. I just nooticed it has Grey insets, of course I could always reupholster it for you.

    hope you heal soon Condor. my trucks waterpump went saturday so i had my work cut out this weekend and had to make a number of trips to napa on the scoot.

    plenty of good deals on new homes, not many jobs though. A fellow i network with in my work was down from Canada and was loving it even thought its been cool here.
