My dogs are NOT just dogs. They are members of my family...just 2 more kids. My thoughts are with you & your wife in your time of loss. My heart is heavy for you.

not that i'm going to the rally in WY...but when we were out that way 2ce now, I found the Devil's tower to be the most over-rated, lack-luster destination of the entire area. We only went the 2nd time for the photo-op and didn't even go right up TO it that time. The ride out TO it, isn't anything to write home about either. BUT...that's just MHO. I hope you enjoy it. http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l20/wehrd1/2009%20bike%20vacation%20trip/devilstower.jpg?t=1304021388

My pug rides b!tch on my back seat in a 'leather' covered milk crate w/safety harness attached to his body harness....something your Lab couldn't do.

He offered to, Larry. If I decide to stay, I'll pay ....He already pays in so many other ways

i don't own a RSV...my fiance' does. But I do have & ride my own bike. I just signed up to pillage & plunder , then quietly depart thru the back door.

Mens Medium width (considered the average width) boots are usually wider than a Ladies medium width boot. Also...I can wear interchangeably mens size 5.5 which equate to a ladies 7. The sizes are NOT numbered the same. I prefer my Milwaukee Renegade (ladies) boots to any other m/c boot i've ever owned. They break in nicely, have a good solid non-skid sole, and lace & eyehooks at top. They have a laces buckle down strap that snaps on the ankle that holds the laces from flapping. I have a 2nd pair of milwaukee boots too, and they lace up & also zip up the inside ankle, but don't have a lace buckle down strap. i had (from a swap meet post on another site) a pair of ladies HD boots, that weren't good for anything but riding fender fluff or fashion. I promptly resold them to a gal at work that is both.

I didn't read all 12 pages.... so i apologize if my question was answered amongst them.. Why didn't they just replace the engine, instead of REBUILDING it?? seems time & parts wise that would have been the prudent decision on their part, and for your to get you rolling much quicker. ????

The Hub is an awesome place to stay...and some of the best prime rib you'll sink your teeth into at their on site restaurant, Scooters.

The other motorcycle board i belong to, have riding meet & greets at The Hub in Marble Falls, AR 2ce a year. the next one is June 2 - 5. It's owned by 2 of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet & know. http://www.hubinfo.com/ The funest road around is Hwy 123, and the AR 'dragon'....it's not only very very twisty, but it's elevation rises a LOT in a very short distance. so not only is it twisty, it's STEEP. very exciting road. http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l20/wehrd1/fall%202008%20BrVR%20rally/theyarentkidding-1.jpg
