1. New SS lifters, high volume oil pump, SS pushrods, billet cam plate and 255 SE cams.
2. Just getting back to you, Tach would be handle bar mount. You can check it out in the Classifieds under Member Vendors. I use a Drag Specialities wasted spark Tach which when properly install gives a dead-on RPM reading. The Black Venture has it shown.
3. You mean you want to sacrifice your cassette player for gauges.....blasphemy not another one. It can be done. Don't worry I want make you watch while I'm roto-zipping the dash. Tachs. are also a nice addition to the three gauge set-up. The only thing is I work out of my own shop everything to do the install is here. You can do this just take a couple drinks of apple pie before you start modifying the dash unless your like me nerves of steel and not faint hearted. Oh Mike thanks for chiming in.
4. I have only one comment and I've said this before, "Ride like Hell and You will soon get there.":shock3:
5. Great work, "Boss", I've embraced the site change.
6. See everyone later on down the Road Maybe.......
7. Got the bookmark changed on my phone try changing computer next.
8. I phone want reach site or computer without going thru Google trying too keep an open mind about this site. Get some stupid 404 error message. Whats better about this site being able to change background colors?
9. What happen to Members Vendors under Classified and my add under Rider Gear, noticed your adds are still on here?
10. 9mm Sig has found a home in the tour pak....
11. Cruse or gift ain't it fun and satisfing, when a plan comes together!!!!!
12. Hey great looking Bike, its good too know there is some creative people left in this world. WildBill1,
13. Beware I enjoy riding the Blue Ridge Parkway as good as anyone none the less this is a dangerous road especially now that it has so much maintenance work to be performed. I've seen cracks in the middle of the road where a M/C front wheel could easily drop-in, dips and holes that can launch off the bike. This road demands your 100% concentration, so don't get too wrapped up in the scenery and watch that rough road. Lost a good friend this past Friday, Don Tilley. I've also had other friends over shoot curves due to being inattentive. Don't let this happen to You!!!!!!
14. Randy, we got a new Gov. and he is tight with the money want even ask the Feds. for any funds.
15. Can't say that I want too go flying or riding with you. Just one question, what made you think you could ride the bike home with the front wheel locked-up?
16. They are getting more in tune with the touring crowd. Should have been offered last year when they introduced the cruisers. If only they had left the S&S Engine as they had before and offered in 120 cu. I would be riding one now but, alast no cigar.
17. I know this place, I've seen this place, I'm going there tonight, dreams are wonderful.
18. A lot like the tach I install, don't you want some gages to go with it.
19. Instead of asking for permission go for redemption after the fact......works for me. Good luck on staying alive though your not me.
20. Even though I'm a gage person I think your idea would work on 1st & 2nd Gen. bikes. Harley is doing this on their new models this year. You run with your idea sounds great.
21. He definitely knows how to dismount and land in an accident...............
22. Shed the trailer and have fun in the curves. I don't go by lean angle, I just look at my Chicken-Strip on the rear tire. If its less than 1/2" my bike and me are having fun. If I got too take enough to pull a trailer I need to be going in the SUV.
23. I agree its not the speed so much as the handling that kills. Goes back to the old saying, "Drive like Hell and You'll soon get there"......
24. All your Harleys these days have anti-thief key fobs that lock-out the ignition system in the absence of the key fob. Just another way Harley stays up with the times.
