  3. You are absolutely right leveling the Venture makes it handle like a real motorcycle. Yamha missed the boat in having these bikes setup higher in the front forks. Low speed handling is terrible on account of this blunder in their engineering.
  4. Beware ordered and received the above Endoscope tried too get it loaded on two lap top computers without success sent it back today for full refund. Wish it would have worked.
  5. I think it would be cool to put a V Max engine in a Harley Ultra frame and use a belt drive. Call it a Harley Ultra Max. Have the best of both worlds great handling and awesome power.
  6. Great conversion and he was able to maintain the most important item in his build the "V Max Boost".
  7. Even scrap metal is high around here anymore. Every time I try too save a couple bucks welding or Fabing an item probably could have just bought it.

  12. Engine is starving for gas. Since you cleaned carbs bet floats are out of adjustment or jets still have debris In them. I think your fuel pump is ok being a 2007.
  13. Build You one of these and take the dog and wife a ride. Been working on this project to keep the boredom down this winter.

  15. I agree with those above gas has sweeped into the crankcase from leaving the pitcock open during storage. Drain and refill with fresh oil just half way on the sight glass at bike level position. Start it and ride like you stole it.
  16. This is a common occurrence beginning at around the age of 55 years plus. Not much you can do other than rest and drink something refreshing.

  20. I agree inline fuse blown. Tip, take care with removing chrome piece on outer faring tabs are easily broken especially when they are cold. You can warm it slightly with a hair dryer before attempting removal.
  21. Appears to be a lot of pot hole and railroad damage to me. Just my observation.
  22. Cool, try J&P Cycles they have a meteric catalog for these bikes.
  23. You really need to think this decision over no more vacation or sick days too reward yourself just 7 days a week doing whatever you choose. What a life, been that way since 2010 not a rookie retire anymore congrats.
  24. I named my 08 Harley, "Sundance", because of the pearl orange color and the 14 Indian is, "Blue Streak", because of the hole shot speed and arm pulling torque it has.
