    I sanded mine down on the inside and fiberglassed it.On one big crack,I did a second layer of glass.It has held up for two years and 25,000 miles. You can then paint it or leave it that way,so you can watch for any signs of recracking..

    I'm going to do mine when the riding season is over...I'm going to lift the front end with a chain hoist so it's a little easier to weld it back together....

    After reading the great article on how to fix the "H" pipe baffle rattle,I'm wondering if any one has tried this without removing it from the bike???? The only down side that I see is trying to weld it back together while laying on your back. Any thoughts??????????

    100%....I guess that means I have to go to work tonite and haul my load to Kansas City....I should have tanked it.Then I could have the nite off.
