  4. Thanks Brad and Lonna for getting this going. Thanks also to Bobbie and Brad for donating some skin space to the cause. And thanks to the tattoo artist who is donating his time to the cause. I'm just real sorry we will not be able to make the ride to St.Judes.
  5. Hi Peggy,I tried it but it's pretty choppy on dial-up...:8:
  6. Thanks for the thread links guys. Did you have them saved some where or did you search for them?????? I have tried to search for other things as well, and have not had much luck.. I find if you type in too many words, you end up with alot of threads that really don't pertain to what you were searching for.It just matches one word. Maybe there is a better way to use the search function that I don't know about. When I retire,I think I'm going to take some computer classes.....
  7. Hey Brad,is my search function different then yours????????? I typed in R1 and got no matches.... You know it doesn't take much to baffle me....
  8. Hey Mother, you are right on the money.......
  9. Funny you post this ,because my bike just started making a squealing noise around 3000 rpm's in all gears..It sounds like a slipping fan belt... It does go away when the clutch is pulled in. My winter project list just keeps getting longer.
  10. :bawling:Ah Krispy, your killing me..:DThey aren't really dead. They are just resting until somebody who can appreciate vintage iron can come along and rescue them and allow them to rise from the ashes (i mean rust) just like the Phoenix.....

  17. Hey Bro,:D cool website....The way your Florida trip was written,I could almost feel every bump in the road. I'm not a writer, but reading that story made me think back to some of my most memorable road trips....leaving Milwaukee for Speed Week in Daytona with 8" of snow coming down, camping out behind the Waffle house in Atlanta without the tent because I was too tired to set it up:eek:...Almost getting arrested for being a homeless bum.Cop didn't think that was my bike 4 feet away. Your wife is the ultimate road warrior to do that trip in all that pain... She rocks.. I pick up a copy of Thunder Roads at my local bike shop.Nice mag...I'll be watching for your articles..... ps.I didn't hear any music on the site, but that's probbaly on my end...
