I forgot to add that while we were doing the awareness rally,a Pizza Hut delivery guy pulled in and dropped off 3 large pizza's...:banana: He said the manager saw us on the way to work and thought we all looked pretty cold,so they sent over the pizza's to warm us up.. Three cheers to Pizza Hut in Beaver Dam,Wi. for the free pizza..... It was a great day.

Our pleasure to come and help out.. Made it home safe and sound and a little chilled.... We were a little late picking up Alex,but she'll get over it... Well,Shari woke up this morning laughing about something Karen said. We are really going to have to watch these two.. :crackup: We will see you again real soon...

If I recall,the side of the street sign that faces west is pretty rusty..We missed it too.. Don,you pay taxes...Call the city or county and request a new sign.. Tell them about all the people that are coming with their wallets.. Man,that's Chamber of Commerce material right there... Heck,maybe they will make you the mayor...As if your not busy enough....

Hi Peggy,thanks for bringing this up..... We will be going up to help Scooter Bob and Karen with their rally... It would be great to see more friends show up... I have been putting "Motorcycle Awareness" bumper stickers on the back of all our semi trailers at work..... My boss yelled at me for defacing company property... I told him that I had to,it was a condition of my parole, :crackup: "Community Service"...

Sorry to hear about your friend.... I can't believe that none of the other 2nd genners have had this problem... Maybe they are all fair weather riders.... Maybe when they all get done riding today,one of them will let you know which connector to look at... Like you said,it doesn't always happen,so very hard to trouble shoot... -

Well,the most obvious answer is......"Should have bought a 1st Gen" :rotfl: You had to know that was coming buddy.... If all the electrical parts are free of cracks,that would leave it to a connector that makes a poor connection when submerged.. I don't know of a specific one to look at,but I would pull them all apart,clean them up and reassemble using diaelectric grease...I would also spray wd-40 or contact cleaner in the kill switch just to take it out of the equation... I guess once you do that,you could take the garden hose and start soaking the motor one section at a time to see if you can get it to happen again... As far as breaking down with the Harley riders,that's exactly the group to be with.. They always have the tools....:crackup: If you need a hand today,give me a call..I don't have to go into work untill midnite... -
