    He was a real city cop... Wow,we got home and I forgot all about this.. Here's the deal.........I got the picture,but the very nice official police officer asked that I not post it on the web because of his job....So,I will honor his request.. I showed the picture to several people at MD including Don..So it does exist... Don and I talked and he said that if I e-mail the photo to him,he will blur out the official police officers face and that way it will be ok...I don't have the skills to do this and I don't trust Cindy to do this because she would have me standing next to the cop from the "Village People".. So,that's what I will do as soon as my daughter gets home with the camera..

    After dealing or should I say not dealing with the problem of 25 mpg,Skydoc17 offered to show me how to install my carb diaprahms them at MD...He did that and the needle mod while he was in there....All I can say is WOW.... From 25 mpg to 40 mpg on the trip home...Riding 2-up with all the Clampett stuff strapped to the bike at 70-75 across the turnpike.... Earl,you are the "MAN"......:D Thanks again.....

    Right down the road from ya buddy...Farm and Fleet. Oak Creek... Check where the mufflers mount behind the passenger floorboards..... Make sure the bolts are tight....

    Well,I am hoping to get the carbs done before we leave.... If you can bring a fuse box kit along if you have room,that would be great..... That way I can see how you did yours,before I hack mine up.. A deal has been presented to me and I might be adding a 2nd Gen to the stable... We'll see if it pans out..... I'll still keep the '87 if it works out...... We will see you at MD unless Shari kills me before that.. :crackup:

    Hey buddy,are you and Jean bringing these kits to MD ??????????????????????????? I think that you could set up a booth and sell your upgrades if that's ok with Don.. Or sell them out of your Venture Trunk...

    Heck,your even closer then Cindy.... No excuses,just results........ :rotfl: I think that people are over thinking this..... The target is you,your bike,and a Nascar track... There are hundreds of small NASCAR sanctioned tracks that would qualify for the target.. It wasn't specified that it had to be one of the "Big Tracks"...... If I'm wrong,I'm sure eusa1 will correct me....

    That's very poor customer service IMHO...They have alot of guts to send out a bike that only half the lights work... Did they install a trailer light modulater?????????????????????????? Sounds like they didn't and this is what you need to correct the problem......
