    JB weld has save my a$$ a few times, Got to get it very clean,I would buy the longer drying time stuff and not the quick set.Put you broken peices in first and maybe wrap it together with a rubber band,and fill up the hole with it also,let it set for 24 hours and drill and tap. Im sure you can get Brad t over there to give ya a hand.

    Good luck with the new job! If you need any help with the truck i work for Freightliner dealer in South bend,IN. Try to get as much warranty as you can, The EPA 07 trucks have been having some problems with the new regen exhaust systems.

    I run mine up to temp and let the engine fan come on a few times before i shut it down, i never thought about the water in the pipes that much, but i dont like the ideal of anything siting for half a year not doing anything at all,things seem to go wrong after they been siting for a long time.Unless you have a heated garage you have condensation in your pipes anyways.

    We were talking about this the other day,My wife's boss has a cushman stored in her garage for the past 40+ years,She told me that the local Harley dealer offer her $6,000 for it some time back,That sounds like alot of cash to me for it,But i have no ideal what they are worth? I have never seen it but i know her garage is well keep so im sure it would be a nice one.

    Im stuck at -18# for about a week now,but im sure it will start to kick back in here next week. Maybe get a few more off.Them dang girl scout cookies are calling my name again.

    I have used a small brazing tip and heated the head of the bolt red hot and then put it under cold water,the shock will sometimes loosen the screw up.

    I had this happen to mine after i adjusted the link at the rear master cylinder, i was trying to make the master cylinder come on faster but it back fired and i ended up on the side of the road with locked up brakes,so i backed off the adjustment and it worked fine from there on.Im not talking about the petal height adjustment,but the adjustment close to the master cylinder.also make sure your linkage is not binding up on ya.

    I would have to see all four pistons before i would say the trike kit wore out the engine.If only one piston is scored that bad and the rest are fine,then yamaha is just tring to bs they way out of it.And if they do fix it will it be done right? My old 93 has had the dog ran out of it and with 110,000 miles on it still dont use a drop of oil. I think if it wore out from pulling to much weight there would be a lot of us in trouble.

    I say you would need to narrow it down to what cylinders are geting rich by pulling the plugs and figure out what plugs are wet with gas.There has been alot of problems with coil packs going to hell.pull the plugs and let us know.

    Try spraying WD 40 in your starter switch,sometimes the switch sticks and will keep the headlight off.

    The problem is that they dont make a E 3 front tire in our size,I put a E3 rear on and a 404 on the front,I have about 7,000 miles on them now and so far it has worked out real well.The 404 cost less than a E2 but I dont think it will last as long.Tread looks very much like a E2.

    Wild blue sucks, I have had it for 3-4 years now and it has to be maybe one step better than dial up, but that isn't saying to much for it,500k down and less than 100k upload after you wait 10 to 20 sec ping time.Cost me like $350 to get it started and $49.95 a month.Rain and snow will kill it and then sometime out of the blue you will have to reboot the system to get it going again,Dont waste your money.I just hope soon i can get dsl.
