    fuel pump

I am starting to have trouble with my fuel pump on my 2007 venture with 30,000 miles.Looking around the internet and found a pump from high flo fuel quantum fuel systems that is warranted for life.Does anyone have any experience or any reviews on these pumps? The cost is 69.95 Or should I stick with oem from dennis kirk for 200.00?
  2. Motiv,I have a like new seat and trunkrest listed in the classifieds under second generation parts.I am located in northwest pa.If you would like to try it on your bike or I could put it back on mine to try it,let me know.
  3. I am looking for a set of stock rear suspension links. My bike had the lowering links on it when I bought it and I would like to take back to the stock hight. If anyone has a set that they would like to sell please let me know, thank you!
  4. I have the back off brake light on my venture.mine is a module that you plug in where the brake light bulb was and then plug a bulb into the module.it flashes from fast to slow about 7 times and then goes to full on.if you want it to flash again you just let off and hit brakes again.i don't remember where I got mine but it was about $50-$60.I also have the light bar from ebay that mounts under the trunk it is a brake and running light, between the two of them my bike is very visible at night and also a lot better in daylight.
  5. I put a pair of rush slip-ons on my 2007 venture about 3000 miles ago.I had Harley slip-ons that I had drilled out on before these. The rush pipes that I put on were off a Harley touring bike. They are a little louder than the Harley pipes but not so loud that you can't hear the radio.I have had a lot of compliments on the sound of them. They are fairly quiet at slow speeds but when you get on it I think they sound like an old big block chevy when the four barrel kicked in.I am happy with these,I had hard chromes on a prior bike and they sounded good but were just a little too loud.Hope this helps you,if you like I can call you so you can hear them over the phone.
  6. we have gone up to new england for the last three years starting from here in northwestern pa.we just love it .we stay in bennington vt. where they have a few covered bridges and a monument similar to the washington monument.from there we take rt 9 to brattleboro, very nice ride.rt 100 up through vt. takes you up through all the ski areas past the old vermont country store to ben and jerrys at stow, a very laid back scenic road.from there rt 2 over to rt 312 that takes you down through the mtns of new hampshire to north conway.here you will find mt washington auto road, one of our best thrills on a motorcycle,8 miles of road with no guard rails takes you up to 6388 ft. steep enough that you run first gear the whole way at the top you are above the clouds, breathtaking views all the way up and down.out at the coast we have been to bar harbor and down along the coast to our favorite town of gloucester mass.this is the town where they filmed the perfect storm movie, the harbor is beautiful and the food is great! enjoy the trip!
