    Trailer.

Thanks for the feedback guy's. Gary I have fired off an e-mail to Hully Gully asking for more information on the trailer thanks for the heads up. Thom and Star I really like the pop ups but I am kinda leaning towards the cargo trailer. As well as being able to accomadate a tent and supplies my wife can use it too stock up on goodies from Wally Mart when we go to the US on shopping spree's. 'lol' keith.

    Trailer.

My wife and I are thinking of getting back into tenting now that the kids can take care of themselves. So I have spent some of the weekend looking at trailers, I realy like this one http://timeouttrailers.org/specials.aspx and was looking for some comments/ advice on trailering with a motorcycle, I pulled a pop up with the car for the last 20 years but eyes thinks it's a little different with a scoot. Any comments would be willingly read and logged in upstairs as best as I can at my age. Cheers Keith.
  8. I changed mine without splitting the fairing, just as Red Rider did, the only difference being, I greased up my hand with Vaseline Keith.
  9. I had the same problem with my 06. I went to the dealer and they ordered me one right away, unfortunatly it was on back order and I would not see it for 4 to 6 weeks. Well this is were it got interesting. I e-mailed Yamaha Canada, to see if they could expidite it within the week as I was going away on vacation for 10 days and the anntena would come in handy. They responed by telling me that the anntenna was not covered under the warranty, and that I would be better of going to a "trucker supply store". Well this really got me rubbed up the wrong way,as the warranty replacement had already been approved. I told them what I thought about there suggestion. When I got back from vacation the antenna was waiting for me at the dealers. When I was away on vacation I stopped of at Anderson Brothers Yamaha in Elizabeth City, N.C. he offered to give me, free of charge a used one that he had in stock. There are some good sorts out there, Yamaha corporation is not one of them, this will definately have an impact on my next motorcycle purchase. P.S. No Flag. Keith.
  10. I picked up a pair just a couple of weeks ago at a local bike shop here in town. They wanted $139 cdn before the sale price, which brought them down to $95 plus taxes, I said I would give him $80 plus tax, he said okay. I think that was a fair price to pay. I got the K&N cleaning kit last Christmas of my Daughter, so I am good to go. Keith.
  11. Thanks Bill. Need to save up some coin to do those other things, but appreciate the info. Yes, TT, and Haggis too. Keith.
  12. Thanks for the info guy's. Hey Scott those Kromewerks mufflers are fantastic I really like the sound. Not too loud but loud enough to let the critters know that your comin. By the way real men eat Black Pudding. Keith.
  13. I guy's. I have just recently added Khromwerks mufflers, k&n filters and iridium plugs to my 06 Venture. My question is, do I have to rejet the carbs? All information will be gratefully recieved. Regards Keith.
