See I would have been there with a healthy voice I would have been able to interupt Carl for a second and left a gap for you to squezze into.

With me having Laryngitis you probably would have enjoyed my company even more. That way you would only have Carl to compete with. Its the members like you who I don't get to see very often that I most look forward to seeing at these events so you can imagine how disappointed I was to not to be there.

I am sure Uncle Bobby will post them as soon as he gets home.

Glad everyone had a good time. Sure wish I could have been there.

Unfortunately I am still not well enough to attend so sadly I won't be coming tonight. I am certainly going miss not being there and seeing everyone. I hope all those who do attend have a good time and I look forward to the next get together.

So after so looking forward to this get together, I unfortunately am not sure if I will be able to make it or not. I have been off sick all week. I am doing much better today and hopefully by tomorrow I will good to go.

The sad part is it even affects us at home. I was looking for a good used pickup but because of the low Canadian dollar pickups in the used market are overpriced. Why? because used vehicle dealers are getting better money Auctionng them off to the Americans and Mexicans then selling here at home and some wont even sell because the Auctions are final without any followup hassles.

the one on the left is for you Yammer the one on the right is for me. Cheers

You could always just pour the paint on and then spread it around with a stick or rag. -

You may have to explain to Dan what tent poles are a pic or two may help. -
My buddy had a Gold wing which I took out a few times and too be honest I just plain did not like it I far prefer my Venture. Two biggest issue I had was the small amount of space by the foot shifer and it was even worse when he had the floor boards with the heel toe shifter and secondly I felt as though as I was sitting high on top of the bike rather than into the bike.

Freebird's Maintenance Day - Do we want to do it?

Normally I look forward to MD every year, but with my daughter in Nova Scotia needing a lot of help with her new house due to hidden damage I can't commit to being there. Here are some pics of the damage my son and took care of last year when I had to bail out of going to MD. -
My favorite apps in are: ConvertPad. - It has a huge list of conversions including fuel consumption if you want to convert between L/100km, miles/gallon us, miles/gallon Canadian/UK, or even KM/Litre and maney more. you simply enter what you know and below it will list all the equivalent conversions. Listmaster - create check lists and sublists TomTom go - I find Google maps can be a little more accurate or up to date on the odd occasion but the nice thing with TomTom Go is that it does not require Data or a phone a signal to work as it only requires a satallite signal to function just like a regular GPS. If you do turn Data on it will show traffic issues and reroute you around any serious ones. I also have an app used in conjunction with an ELM 327 code reader that allows me to check fault codes on my cars. Mine is a WFI (Actually given to my Wizard as he went to a blue tooth unit) so I am limited to only a few apps. the two free ones I use are Piston and Scanmaster. The paid versions give you much more detailed info and the Bluetooth units have a bigger list of apps to choose from. For the ELM 327 Bluetooth unit you can even get an app for big riggs that are OBD compliant. Make sure if your buying this unit that you get the actual ELM 327 as there are a lot of cheap knock offs avaiable.

Hey @Flyinfool I was unaware that the black and white TV'S of your good old days even had sleep timers. Or is that what you call it when your wife turns off the the TV after you fall asleep in the Lazzzzzy Boy. It would certainly be simpler.

Nice to hear from you Annie. I think about you every time I look at or wear my Can Am hat. Sorry to hear your family is having such a rough go of it. Hopefully things will improve for all of you or at least not get any worse. Glad you got to go out for a good ride and hope it was worth the pain. I'll bet the smile on your face was more than the pain at least until you got off. Till next time Anne you and Alan take care.
