    Our new home

Thats actually bigger than the first trailer my wife and I rented when we PCS to Oklahoma. I'm surprised its only a tandem axle. We went to the RV show this winter in Tampa and looked around and dreamed. Saw some excellent 5th wheel toy haulers we really liked, but worth more than my house, plus I'd have to buy a newer truck. MAN they got some nice rigs now. Big prices on some of them too, but if ya got no house payment...... Enjoy it sounds like fun.
  2. So I have to take a poke here. If your running it via rca jacks you must have an aftermarket amp your using. I have a 765t and use a y cable thru the aux port. Only time I get bad whine is if I got the IC turned up. I dont know why, but the intercom turned up I get a whine thru speakers.
  3. Puc Im with you and a few others on the gravity flow. Dunno why it wont like the old hondas and Yamahas back in the day. But just some weird science going on. Maybe its the fuel line routing.
  4. I would think if you (or someone) was in there a couple years ago changing the diff you would have noticed something going on with that kind of wear. That thing looks like it was not installed all the way. And with the blue color indictes no lube.
  5. Man I hope I dont have to go thru that. I had only a cracked rib once and that was enough.
  6. Glad it was as simple as battery. Those rotery bikes were heavy and if I remember loud. Not as good as the ole water buffalos imop.
  7. Well hopefully to recent convertes will drop by here . M61amech (Steve) and Barrycuda. Both have recently got off RSV and went to a wing, as well as Brakepad. I know they are satisfied with the wing.
  8. I am still baffled as to why the v max gets FI and there is nobody that has put it on a RSV that I have seen.
  9. Was there a couple weeks ago. Chenk out the Cafe Reale. Its in a gas station/c store but good eats.
  10. That jack should work fine. I have the yellow alum one from Sears. You will have to make or buy some adapter rails to go under it. The michelin Commander 2 is a good front tire. It will be a 130x90 which is a tick taller and slightly narrower. But it helps on the slower rnd with handeling, and as far as I can tell no adverse effects at higher speeds. Very good milage out of them.
  11. Battery area could be fuel pump. But if its clicking, I would think its working. But I gues maybe vapor locked. Open cap and listen for a "hiss" If it does then the vent is not working.
  12. Anyone tried steel wool to pack them?
  13. Double check on the Facet pump. I was on another fourm and a fellow said the low pressure one we need is no longer available from aircraft spruce. I am running the Mr Gasket 42 and have not had a problem with flooding.
  14. Check that clutch and brake fluid for color. If it is sort of a brownish tink to it , think about a fluch and change with DOT4 fluid. I took a trip on my RSV and the rear brakes faded while following a car thru the mountians in NC. Once it colled off 10 min was fine rest of trip. But was scary to say the least. On tire press you want to look at the tires and not the manual for pressures. If the max is say 42 you probably want to run 40 min solo with gear, maybe up to the max. I usually stay 1lb under fully loaded up gear and wife.
  15. I think bluetooth connectivity is possible between any device as long as its software is compatable. Say yours is 1.3 and theirs is 1.0 you will probably be ok. For the most part from what I have read on the pones the biggest step lately was adding being able to receive a signal and be used as a speaker or something like that. So sort of 2 way signal transmitt and receive. The Sena are already set up that way, its just a matter of how many channels.
  16. Make up a list of oh say 6-8 places you would like to see. Greenfield village and Henry Ford Museum in Detriot, maybe an assembly plant tour if they still do those. In St Louis area you have Grants Farm where President Grant lived after the Cival War. The Bud Brewery is ther also. Often times you go to one of these places or a national park and folks you talk to will say "hey have you been too" .... You can find some neat not so common sites to see. Hope you all enjoy it.
  17. Main fuse is on left side under the passenger floorboard. I cam off a trip one year everything was fine. Next day I went out and nothing. 30 amp fuse was bad. Check all the connections also as it wont hurt.

    gas milage

    Sort of like Military Intelegence?
  19. Well being a Lucas part, would make me skeptical it would work when its suposed to anyways.
  20. Odd looking boat. So is this an aircraft carrier or support type ship?
  21. B plan. Mr Gasket 42 pump. Solid state.
  22. WOW I dunno how he can make them and ship for that.
  23. Steve, it would work on more than the RSV rite. Any bike with the same headlight connector, the H4. I had to build a connector simular to what you are talking about when I ran the headlight modulator.
  24. Yea thats kind of how I feel about any watercraft. My memories of when my dad had a boat are, it on a trailer in backyard repairing bottom when he bought it. Taking it to get engine fixed, and him spending endless time waist deep changing cotter keys on the drive because one got sheared off. But some folks think motorcycles are a wasre of money and time also.
  25. The 80 is a tick wider. I would make sure no interfearence by driiveshaft tube.
