When he gets the hang of riding, how about VR members in his area plan a meet and eat and ride to help him live part of his bucket list..........that way he would have a lot of support and a really enjoyable ride................I would be there if close enuff..............

Charlene has been wanting to fence in the yard ever since we bought this house, well we finally did it. Got 2 estimates, they were about $1200.00 apart so we went with the lower. They started yesterday, 2 Mexicans showed up with the owner at 8:30 am, he showed them where it was to go and left. By the time I got home they had hand dug all the post holes and planted them in the cement and were running the stringers. Had all that done and left aound 5:00 pm. They came back today and finished it just as I got home from work. They did an awesome job of putting it up, my yard is totally downhill and the fence is perfectly sloped. The gates work flawlessly. The owner just called to see if we liked it and of course we did. We asked him if he would be coming by this evening to pick up his check, he said no, I will pass by Sat. morning and pick it up it thats okay with us....................I would reccomend this company to everyone. First class job. And they even trimmed some trees for me that I hadnt gotten around to....................

Old goat, if you want a great riding and running bike, easy reach to the ground. Try out the V Star 1300 Tour. I have one and I love, handles like a dream, short reach to the ground and the 2007's on ebay are very reasonable. There are several on the forum that have them besides myself, Bill Predock aka Snarley Bill owns one and he loves it and he is also short in stature, but that thats the only thing he is short on........................The reason I choose the 1300 is that it has fuel injection and belt drive. I have over 25,000 miles on mine and it has been no trouble to me what so ever. These pics are after I added the fairing.

Spotted a Mk II going south on Hwy 27 just as I was turning north on 27 going into Newnan, was going to give chase but by the time I turned around he was gone and could have gone in any of 3 different directions. It was a two tone brown, didnt recognize the rider, I was on my V Star, he looked my way but did not wave. Was it anyone from here?? OH and it is only 2 weeks till VOGEL:dancefool::dancefool:

I would like to have the Black VR Banner at Tail of the Dragon V @ Vogel, but I dont know who has it. I was hoping whoever has it would be coming to Vogel, but it sure would be a great asset to Vogel by any means possible. It has been at all the previous Vogel's it really stands out for everyone to see. Can anyone point me in the right direction? [ATTACH]59245[/ATTACH]

Yammer is as harmless as ....:think:..............well now I cant think of anything that is completely harmless.:confused24:....but Dan does have strange things happening to him all the time...........:bang head: Come to think of it the bear ought to be worried about Yammer!!!!!

You may end up with YammerDan with you on your site, at the last Vogel he had a bear invade his camp, steal his gloves, nose around his helmet and I think he left some claw marks on his bike, so you could end up with some uninvited guests, but I am sure Dan will be loaded for the bear this time.................
