If it aint pork, it aint BBQ. We have several good places around here, my favorite is in Douglasville, Ga. Its Williamson Bros. BBQ, they have been around for quite some time, They have a great sauce. I usually pick it up by the gallon anytime I am there. There are also some small places here that are very good also. Oh, and you can have Memphis style, I like my coleslaw on the side, not on the sandwich.

I am still learning to use mine, has a lot of features, on vacation I used it to photograph my grandson jumping in the pool, used the sports setting and continous shooting and I got great shots of him flying through the air in perfect focus. It does great video also. If I ever learn to use it to 50% of its ability I will get some great shots, which I do already but some could be better. This company is still making trike kits for the 1st Gen. I emailed them and they sent me a brochure. The price is $5995.00. Wheels and tires not included. Check out the brochure.
-
Not a good picture of the bike, what is it, cant tell, must be a trike, you look too comfortable back there.

Should have grabbed her phone, turned it off, and thrown it in the back seat.............no violence just a lesson, but like you said you cant fix STUPID!!!!
-
Haven't shown it to Charlene yet, she is still unpacking from our vacation, cant bother her right now, she has her mind set on getting everything unpacked, shes talking trike, so dont want to piss her off right now, will be showing it to her later on.............only problem is where its located, hoping to find something closer to home.

Charlene and I are contemplating getting rid of both bikes, I hate getting rid of the 83, but she doesnt believe she can ride it for any great distance, so we are thinking getting a trike, but I have to settle for having only 1 bike and she thinks she can ride longer and be more comfortable on the trike, the only thing is price. It will likely have to be a nice used one, I dont think I can get more than 7500.00 to 8000.00 for both bikes total. So if anyone sees or knows of one up for sale please let me know. I will be looking at Ebay and CL in the meantime.

While vacationing in Fla, with the family we took a day off to do separate things, Charlene and I went east over to Coca Bch, Fla and paid a visit to 1-Up, aka Ken Derrett. We went to eat at a fantastic seafood rest. Charlene and I got a platter for 2 and the amount of food they served us could have fed 4 of us. The platter in front of Ken is not part of the 2 person platter, all the food in front of Charlene and I and the plate in the middle was ours. Ken took us around and showed us some interesting sites we want to come back and see when we have more time.

I agree with you on that, but sometimes you have to take extraordinary measures to insure the safety of others................:2cents:

They should make it a federal law that no cell phone works when inside a moving vehicle and force the cell phone companies to make them that way, no one, not even the police need to be on a cell phone while operating a vehicle, thats what the radios are for.........I am sick and tired of seeing all these people texting and reading text while driving. I dont drive and talk on the cell phones any more, I let the caller go to voicemail, when I stop, I check it and if its that important I will pull off the road someplace and make the call back. Common sense isn't all that common with some folks..............I have almost been hit several times by people on the phone or doing something else while driving while we are here in Fla for our family vacation.

I have a few of those stickers but they are black, I ran out of the white, Squidley gave them to me at Vogel a few years back. If you would like one e-mail me your address, and I will mail one to you.

We are in Orlando with my daughter her hubby and two kids, yesterday we did Universal Islands of Adventure and today we are going to Wet N Wild, went there with daughter and her brother when they were kids, but this place is 10 times bigger now than it was in 1983. I didnt care too much for all the waiting at Universal, raining on and off, but we did leave before the monsoon hit. Looking forward to the water slides. Rain is forecast for every day, and so far it has..........and I did get my cycle therapy at Universal.

Sorry to hear your downsizing, I know how much you love you 1300. But you got to do what you have to do.........Hope you guys make it down to Memphis in Oct. It was great seeing you guys at B2's. Mine is going up on the block too, ever since I got the 1st Gen back together, thats all I ride. I will replace the 1300 with a sport touring ride, either an ST1100 or an FJR.
