Oh and James, glad you are enjoying Stella as much as I did.
-
Nope, I'm good, but thanks for the concern... However, I'll be storing my new bike, my 2009 Roadstar " Ruby" and she could use a wash and wax if you are offering.....

I am glad you are enjoying " Stella" she is a great bike, and I had a lot of fun and good memories with her, I am really glad she went to a good home. Hope to catch up with on a ride sometime. Sue

What a fun review of pic's and fun times. Boy I wish I visited this site more often, because somewhere I have a great picture of Dan " Pole Dancing" at last years Maintenace Day.... I still laugh when I think about it. I might have won this contest.....

What a great week. We have been to a lot of meet and eats and a couple of IR, but this past week we had a really great time hosting the 2010 Venture Rider 5th IR. We as always met some awesome people, Linda and Dick, Monty and Angie, Gary, Randy, and the rest of the gang at the campground, we had so much fun hanging out by the fire and getting to know all of you. And as always, seeing our "old friends" Wayne, and Robin, Rose and Dan, Marca and Carl. Bob and Becky, Larry and Joyce , Steve and Irene, Chuck and Cindy and anyone else I may have forgotten to mention. And of course, Deb and Darrin I never imagined when we joined this group we would meet so many really, really neat people. Hope to see you all really soon. Thanks for making our week so much fun.

My first "real ride " on my new bike, about 100 miles today it was really FUN. Met Joe and Donna for dinner, along with Deb and Darin always a good times with these good friends. can't wait to ride again. I think I like being the "driver"

Ok MJ was many things, extremely talented, really strange and a obviously troubled man...but lets leave TINKERBELL out of this. Comparing him with Tinkerbell is just wrong !!!
-
Well we made it.....We had a great ride, warm sunny and about 360 miles for us. Not bad for the first "real" ride of the year..We met up with Joe and Donna, Lynn and Janet, and John and Teresa at Joe's house about 1pm, and off we went.!! Got iinto Lexington about 5:30 enough time for a badly needed shower and to restout butts and then meet up with the rest for dinner. It doesn't get better than this !!!

Keep bouncing between 6-8 so far. I really am going to have to exercise aren't I ?
-
So, I get home from work, and I notice a big grin on Kevin's face, he tells me he feels better.....more relaxed and then I think....hmmmm the bike looks like she's parked differently in the garage.....No way would he go for a ride, the FIRST ride of the year without me...... Yeah right, he finally confessed.Only because he was afraid I'd read about it here first. That's just wrong !!!!

Well, I think I am down about 6 lbs so far....right on schedule for my goal for maintenence day. If I can just get that exercise into my routine it will help alot.

Everyone is doing so well, and have some great ideas. For me it's been low fat and using Alli. No side effects so far, and it seems to work well. One week and 3 lbs down so far. I also joined curves, it's fun and quick 30 minutes 3 times a week. So far so good. I also checked out a website. Fitday.com allow you to track carbs, fat and calories. It's great loosing with all of you !!!
