    hang in there buddy, just put your trust in the lord.. he has a plan for every thing that happens.. believe in him and he will carry you through.. this year was a bad year for the wife and i also.. lost our home , wife gots breast cancer, lost my job after 30 years.. but god has seen us thru it all.. we now have a home, all paid for (needs lots of work tho) , the wife is going to be all well, and im sure i will find a job.. god does everything for a reason... the wife and i are better off than before.. our prayers go out to you and yours.. take care brother..

    buy it.. you cant go wrong.. ive had 35+ ford trucks.. granted they are hard on gas. with that you could expect 16- to 18 mpg. i have a 95 4x4 extended cab with the 5.8 i can get 16+ on a trip..on the other hand i have a 90 extended cab with a 302 and get 12- 14 mpg max.. and i have yet to have tranny problems with them. and always drive in o.d. even snoplowing..just dont lug the tranny..
