    thanx guys.. getting used to the portion size is the hardest.. but my stomach tells me when it has had enough.

    the first week I lost 44 pounds , after my stomach surgery..(mostly water, but it works for me). down to 355 pounds now.. how far can i go? but it will slow down from here out.. still cant tell it tho.
