  1. So what gadgets have you desinged for it so far?
  2. Sounds like you need to clean and put some dielectric grease on the connections behind the fairing, this is usally the culprit for most RSV audio issues.

  4. It is fairly easy, take off the loweres to get to the two 10MM bolts holding the R/R in place, remove the connector make sure to inspect and clean while you have it apart remove the two bolts and reverse the process to install. If you have questions while doing it give me a shout.

  8. This seems to happen everytime I take the carbs off one of my bikes and it is a real Pain to get these right, you have to make sure that the nuts on the carbs are set just so and the tension on the throttle is right. I also found out the cables will bind if they are pushed too far into the fairing or pulled out too far. Another thing to check is where the cables come out of the cruise control junction that they are crossed and not bound up. The service manual has a procedure but I have never tried it I usally get it worked out after a few tries.

  12. It did not take me long to figure out how the govener worked, I went through alot of clutches. The engine was a Techumson and I think it may have been a Sears and Roebuck item. I owned several bikes inbetween that one and my first street legal bike which was a 125 Yamah Enduro (would love to find one) the bike may have been street legal but I was not.
