Have you tested the ignition switch? It really sounds like what mine did when it went bad, what is your voltage in and out of the switch?

I had one Venture that if you did that you could scare the crap out of someone next to you, worked well with people texting. We were talking at Asheville how many times each of us have had run ins with the kill switch. -

Looks good The bottom of mine needs repainted so I may look into doing something similar or maybe black spray on bedliner. -

That was when I learned the proper technique for picking up a bike, I still have not figured out the easy way to get a bike on the center stand.

Glad you did not receive any damage. What is really embarrassing is dropping your RSV at the stop sign at the end of your street and your 5'5" 120 pound neighbor comes over and puts the bike back up like it was nothing.

Seems high to me, mine runs around 13.6 once I am up to speed. Double check your R/R connections for burnt pins, I went through several R/Rs before I realized it was the connector.
