Ok you posted this well after my bedtime last night so I call foul. I opened up the chat window when I got home yesterday till I went to bed and not a soul logged in.

Being a Internet user from before the days of the world wide web there is no expectation of privacy on the internet. With that being said treat anything you post as public knowledge,

I think it is great that you are willing to help out to the great extent you do. I have never had to use my first aid and CPR skills outside of the military but I still keep up to date just in case.

My CPAP has a 12VDC plug on it so I use a small SLA battery to power it when no other outlets are available or you can use an inverter if yours does not have one.. Also you may be able to get up with someone else going and split a room.

Stay outside the City near the airport, parking downtown is scarce and expensive. Unless you are a party type person the French Quarter is a 1-2 day max visit hit Cafe Dumond and The French Market. The steam boat rides are ok and the River Walk is a Mall like attraction that is ok. The Plantations are a nice to see but the roads to them are not the greatest. If you like Tabasco ride down to Avery Island and see how they make it. Crawfish will just be out of peak season but you should still be able to find some. To me the food is the main attraction I can send you some of my favorite places if you want but most are off the beaten path. If you are into Gambling Biloxi is about 2 hours east of NOLA and has a ton of casino's on the beach Harrah's is in NOLA but do not park at the casino.

They sure have welcomed me in and helped me out too. Just have to watch out for the Navy guys.

$5 at Best buy for a Belkin 12 foot s-video cable.

Radio Shack has a VGA to composite video adapter for 80 bucks put you can find them much cheaper online. Since your TV has a s-video plug you can buy a VGA-to s-video cable real cheap. Look at New Egg and Tiger Direct. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882339047 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5265734&CatId=467 or you can buy a high density D-15 connector and a s-video connector and build your own only takes about 15 mins to build.

You will be fine, our prayers are with you. When I had surgery in the Navy I woke up towards then end could not feel anything but a vibration no pain. When I had surgery in the civilian world I slept through the whole thing other than being very hungry I was good.

I try to stay as far away from that place during bike week as possible. Anyone coming by Charleston SC are welcome to stop by our place.
