I own two identical 99 RSV's well they were till I started making one a solo rider.

I use mine, like any other lock they keep the honest people honest.

I have had it work using the the exact hardware but more times then not it either does not work or XP will ask you to authenticate.

Welcome, Like has been said before about passing, I pass on the interstate in 5th gear quite often but if the RPM's are not up you will have to. I find the stock seat ok for about 300 miles or so I have one modified and I can go 500 easily on it. The shield does do a good job for me in keeping the wind off, but I do like the wider shield in the cold.

I looked it over and just curious how well vetted is this site and how long has it been around?

I have thought about using it for the same thing myself, It's fused for 5 amps so it should be good to pull your relay.

Posted on Facebook yesterday I was going on a short ride around the lake and a local Motorcycle Magazine Editor asked to go with. It was a cold ride but we had an enjoyable one, he did keep wanting to stop and take pictures I had not realized how much I take for granted in our local area. He is supposed to write an article on it don't know how much you can write on a 70 mile 3 hour ride but I guess I will see. He wants me to start writing up my rides I do may able to get a plug for the forum into one. I took this pic I doubt if his will have a thumb in the picture

I did not think about that.

My question is if they are going to make you turn your gun in are they going to pay you fair market value for it?
