  1. JC Whitney...............or Tractor Supply or a Farm and Fleet
  2. Better watch your charge card. I have been with Sirius for yars abd had to go to paper billing because they would short me a month/bill me a month early. I caught them billing me in October for a radio that expired 12-25 and then showing it expired 11-25 the next year. There is no way I would ever give them my charge card again. they also did this with 2 others that I have on a 6 month subscription. I have 5 radio's so they have done this on three of them.
  3. Most Motorcycle dealers have the mounts and so does JC Whitney
  4. I see ..............You guys might have the fasest but The MM Edition is the most comfortable so I can ride The longest.
  5. Where is the video camera you have in my house:thumbsup2:
  6. You need new filters
  7. What if he really did?
  8. With today's oils if you are going to change at 4-5 thousand miles why pay the big price for the synthetics? I run my Mobile Synthetic oil about 8,000 miles or a little longer. I switched to the Mobile more for the fact that I got tired of changing the oil every 3-4 weeks since I put about 1200 miles a week on my bike.
  9. This is the one I have and I like it much better. Only paid like $90 WHICH MAKES IT EVEN NICER
  10. I didn't know my RSV had a clock for a long time. Kind of nice knowing that I have one.
  11. Well the trailer wiring harness should have never been run up to the fairing in the first place. It wires in either under the seat or some wire it in behind the tail light. But if you get a trailer with the single set of tail brake and turn on each side you will need the converter for the turn signals so they will blink wjen you apply the brakes anyway.
  12. Look in there by the top of the tape deck and you will see where the aux jack plugs in. Just add a splitter and plug in the original aux jack to one side and then run a patch cord out from the other one that will plug into you MP3 player or sirius radio and run it up the handle bars and wire tie it and you will have the plug there and won't need the one behind the tape door I see you are from Defiance. My dad and brother and sisters use to live there on Kiser road west of town
  13. unplug everything and clean and grease all the electrical. If you haven't already add a splitter to the aux jack so you can run more than one item at a time plus you can run the wire up the handle bars and you won't have to leave the tape door open to use an aux jack.
  14. If you get the light bar off and all the bolts but one out you can move the outer shell enough to cut the bolt from the inside. As for the light bar I just use A T-handle allen wrench and it will fit in there and remove the bolts. Before I replaced the bolts I went to Ace and got longer ones and longer brass spacers and moved the light bar out about another 3/8 of an inch or so that way in the future you won't have to take them off to remove the outer fairing. PS I replaced the allen screws with good quality phillips screws from ace and it makes them easier to remove
  15. I don't put mine up until the snow starts.
  16. When you ride the RSV you won't miss the honda
  17. My tires do it also. I have new e3 Dunlaps and knew this might be a problem but I like the bike better with these tires verses the Avon tires
  18. Well what a great day in Central Illinois. 4th of November and it wa 62 degrees. Figured we don't get many of these so jump on The RSV and took a ride. Ended up riding 120 miles basically just around in a circle. Rode the country roads and just enjoyed the day. I really hate the thought of putting the bike away but it won't be long now.
  19. I just went and checked mine and it is switched on my bike 2000 MM edition
  20. Get a gel battery and you will not have those problems. The lead acid don't charge as fast or hold it as long.
  21. WOW man you look at that picture and you notice the fuel petcock?
  22. Wax for what..........I just get a new bike when mine stops shinning,

  24. I have made it 6 years. Don't borrow or bum the first one and you won't have to worry about the second one. Keep up the good work. Everyday is a little easier. Have you made it to the point that you smell how really bad they smell?
  25. It's called prejudice and we live with it in some form everyday
