    Sorry but I can't put anyone up as my daughter and grandaughter will be up from Fl. for that week and we will not be around except for the Day on Sat.     I ended up with plantar fasciitis about 4 months ago. I was just feeling great form my last knee replacement and now this. I have been using the shoe inserts and it was gone after 3 months. I twisted my right ankle last week and its back but not as bad. I hate getting old if its not one thing its another.

    To bad your not closer to me my Dr. is great. I had my 1 year checkup and everything is great. Sorry to hear about the delay I know how much you need it done.

    Putting this out there for having a M/D on Sat. March 31st. I wasn't able to do it this past year due to knee replacement. I'm looking to have one this next year again so lets see what we can setup. Steve

    Now that I am all healed up from my surgery's and have the shop all cleared out. Why don't we plan something for early spring ( late march or early april )

    If your looking for a 1 up bike for a coffee getter or just a day rider I like my vulcan 1500 . its a 2006 with fule inj. and handles great here in the twisties. If you want one for trips go with the venture. I don't ride that long anymore and a day ride is only around 200 miles. The vulcan is lighter weight and has plenty of power. I like that it has hydrolic lifters so no valve adj. The wife like riding on it but not for long rides.

    Nice talking to you last night and the recumbent bike is the way to go as it really works the knee. Just start off with the seat way back and slide it a little closer every day as you can stand it. It will be tight when you forst start out but after a few rotations the knee will loosen up and it will feel much better after a few miles of using it. Believe me it the best thing you can do for yourself. You will end up wishing you had done it sooner after a few months.

    Hi Ruffy Best thing is to get it done. I had my rt. hip and rt. knee replaced 3 years ago and my left knee done this past Jan. Its the only way to go. It takes awhile to do the rehab but within 3 to 6 months they are like new. The jeft knee done this year was the best. only a few weeks of being careful on getting around and the surgery only took an hour. They will be sore and stiff for awhile but its worth it.     I always ship USPS anywhere out of the States. I use their express mail to get it there in 5 days or less. Express mail runs almost double but it doesn't take 3 weeks to get where its going.
