  1. Thats a great idea. Being I have a sidecar on my bike having a wider handlebar would be a big plus, as I find I have my hands on the weights while in the twisties. I think I'll give it a try. Steve
  2. My first one was a 99 and I always liked the color combo. I have been looking at the stickons at Auto Zone but just not sure where to put some. Yours look great on the back bags. Nice Job !!
  3. Have fun you two and keep an eye out for those who don't watch where thay are going. My wife doesn't ride her own and its really much safer for all concerned that she doesn't LOL Have fun Ride safe and enjoy Steve
  4. I have thought about doing a rake on mine but can still hold my own for now in the twisties. It will wear you out after a day in the twisties. I look at it as upper body strength excerise LOL
  5. Hi Lewis I will not be able to attend this year as we will be in Fl. Babysitting our Granddaughter that week. However I will donate one of my Grills again. Being I have been painting them in more matching colors I will offer the winner the color of his or her choice of the colors I paint. I will be back on Sunday the last day of the rallie so if you have the winner contact me with the color and their address I will paint it that week and get it in the mail to them. Have a good one all and ride safe Steve
  6. The Corbin seat is about the lowest I've seen.
  7. My Utopia attaches under the Drivers seat. The Diamond R attaches to the 2 forward boalts on the passanger seat. Hope this helps Steve

  15. Hi Kevin Where did you have your hack installed ? When they installed mine they made brackets up and had never installed a champion hack before on a Venture. I'll take some pic's today and get them off to you. It might not help much if its installed in a different way then your was. Sorry for the delay on the pic's. Steve
  16. You can pull the ties tight. The wide ties will only go so far and it should be nice and snug. I have lowered the profile over the last few years so 0 air in the front should be fine. I like having a few lbs in the front it seems to steer better. IMO Glad you all like the grills I try my hardest to make the product the best it can be. My hip and right knee surgery went great its been six mo.s now since both were done and I havent gotten around this good in 15 years. Everyone have a safe Riding Season Keep the rubber side down Steve
  17. Thats cool !! My jeep I use to have had disappearing doors. My daughter to it to a party in high school and when she came out the doors were gone.

  19. Hi Brad My 99 had the same seat you have and after sitting on that one for a few years and sitting on my friends. The pillow top feels soooo much better on my Butt. I guess I need more pading back there. LOL Thanks for the offer Bro. Steve
  20. Hi Gregg My friend has a pillow top seat on his bike that I might use for awhile to make sure it doesn't puish me to much forward. If it works ok for my size I would trade the corbin on a good pillow top. Im just trying to get alittle more comfortable on long rides. Steve
  21. I have been looking around for a Pillow top seat for my 2005 RSV. I have the corbin seat that was on my bike when I got it but since my hip replacement it just isn't comfortable for long rides anymore. If anyone one has one and would like to sell it please drop me a line. Thanks Steve
  22. Real nice looking setup Jeff You will have a ton of fun riding it. Congrats on the ride Steve
  23. Any new to you Bike takes some getting use to. I'd take it around some side streets to get use to the feel of the clutch and how it handles. Enjoy it and congrats on your new ride.
  24. Wish I could find one to fit the front of my rig. having the hack on my bike means the same as the trike with no lean. I have seen a number of hacks with front c/t's I just can't find a size to fit it.
