  1. Get yourself a set of metric ball end allen wrenches, couple of phillips screw drivers and a small 1/4 in. drive metric socket set. Oh and a few metric open end wrenches sizes from 6mm to 15mm. check out sears, I found a compact tool kit with most of these tools in a zip up soft carrying case for around $39.00. I added the allen wrench set and a couple extra wrenches.
  2. Did you have them run a compression test? Maybe a weak cylinder. Also check the hoses and rubber caps just below the carbs for vacuum leaks.
  3. Are you running stock mufflers? My RK's are a little to loud and drowns out the tunes a bit.
  4. Remember, you do not have to sigh up for the Finger Lakes ride. Just be ready to ride. Info for all the rides will be posted at the rally for all to see.
  5. Will you two stop!....I have at least 7 years till I can retire. And to think i did retire once. That didn't go over to well. Darn government didn't want to pay me enough.
  6. July 14th. Its called the Pathway ride. You can find info on Motorcycle Monster. If your looking for something to do this weekend, Come on out to the Finger Lakes.
  7. Tom, I wouldn't do that, RnR will track you down.... You wouldn't like that.
  8. Are you bringing it to the rally so we can drool over it?
  9. Tom, when are you going to learn. RnR always has to be the center of attention:doh:
  10. I've never heard of this kit, but i did have a voyager kit for one season, It was ok. It was a transitional thing. We wanted to see if triking would work for us. Now we have a real trike, a 99 RSV with a motortrike convertion. The voyager kit takes a lot of tweaking to get the ride just right. Once I got it dialed in it wasn't to bad. The voyager will eat back tires. If your brother is not going to ride 2 wheels anymore then I suggest he just go stright to a real trike. invest the money for the voyager into a RSV trike. they are very compfy. There are two trikes for sale right here in the classifieds. One is a 2001 RSV with a triwing convertion. i have seen this trike several times and test rode it once. It's pretty sound. The owner has owned it for several year and has ridden it all over the eastern states. I belive he is asking $10000.00. You might want to check out a tike forum that I belong to. Just go to triketalk.com, there is a lot of great info just like here.
  11. I'll throw in a barrons lowering kit. Came off my first RSV.

  13. sounds like you picked up some crap in the idle jets. Sea foam should do it. also a vacuum leak could cause this. check your vacuum lines and those rubber plugs under the carbs. check them for cracks.
  14. You don't have the back pressure you had with the RK's. You need to re sync.
  15. Try Trigg trikes they make a better rig then voyager.
