carb problem? Sounds like it. Try a seafoam treatment. Or what ever treatment you prefer. If that doesn't work, time to pull the carbs to clean and set floats. Also check diaphragm's. check for vacuum leaks before you pull the carbs. Hit the easy stuff before you dive in.

Three days ago we had no rooms available. Next day she calls and comes up with a room for Friday and Saturday. so I ask what about Thursday?...Back in the dog house:doh: So yesterday While at work I get a message, " got a room for Thursday" I don't know what she did to get this room, but we went from 2 beds, smoking room, to a king non smoking room for Thursday and a promise to do everything they can to leave us in this room for all 3 days. My joints were severely cracked, Didn't think much about it until I removed the carb's and found that some of the cracks extended all the way up to where the carbs are seated to the joints. I was not getting a good seal between the carbs and the joints. Had to replace the joints. Unfortunately you have to remove the carbs to check this.

My battery did the same thing, work fine one day, nothing at all the next. Put it on the charger, still nothing. New battery, been fine ever since.

Forgot the Curtis Air museum Just south of Hammondsport. If you are here on a Saturday you have to visit the Windmill market It's full of all kinds of craft shops, including a leather shop. Just south of Penn Yan NY on rt 14a. Also the village of Skaneateles. Some of the richest people in the county live on Skaneateles lake. I think the Clinton's still have a place there? If you need anything in the way of tools and garage, just in case, your welcome to use mine. I have a m/c jack.

WINERY'S! hundreds of them. If you do tour them, rent a limo so you can enjoy a bit of the grape. Then there's the gorge walk at The glen state park. Several water falls. Down town Ithaca. Hammondsport, America's friendliest little town. Ride the north side of Keuka Lake to get there. Ride around Seneca lake, great scenery. Ride rt 89 from Ithaca to Seneca falls, Another great lake ride. Stop in Seneca falls, also know as Bedford Falls, as in the movie It's a wonderful life. Also the women's rights museum. Let me know the dates you will be here, If I have any time off while your here maybe we can hook up.

Sampson state park. 30 min. north of the glen on rte 96a. About 15 min. from me. Also a KOA just south of the Glen on 414.

Your not going to like this. I just looked at the water pump diagram, that tube is there to let you know your water pump seal is leaking. You said you started the bike for the tenth time this winter. How cold was it when you ran it? How long did you run it? It maybe leaking when you first fire it up because the seal has contracted due to the cold, then stops leaking when it warms up.

I'm 57 yrs old, I've sailed the seven seas, I've seen and experienced many things. But the one thing I want to do more then anything else is to spend several years with Robin traveling north America in a toyhauler RV with the trike in back. Just cruis'n and chill'n.
