  1. Two 99's. first was a silver, sold it after we found our maroon 99 trike. One of only a very few with a Motortrike set up.

  3. I see you live in Ohio. You should join us at Freebirds Maintenance day in Oberlin, June 6 and 7. There will be a bunch us attending. Good way to find out more about your bike and meet some of the members of the funny farm.

  5. Unlike 1st gen's 2nd gen's need to be rid'n. They don't like to sit around and collect dust.
  6. Be careful. It is very easy to strip the head of that bolt. It is best to use a impact wrench. I stripped mine. I got very lucky and did get it out with a impact wrench.
  7. Yes. Might want to let them drain over night. Then put a little fresh oil in the tubes and work them up and down several times to flush out any gunk that maybe in there. then drain again.
  8. Just don't turn it with any shims out. If you pull any shims, make sure you replace them before turning it over to do the next set of valves.

  10. Have the dealer change all the fluids. find out haw long it's been sitting. If more then a couple months, dump the gas and cleann the carb's

  19. It is a NHRA track and the wing did red light at least once. You got to give it to the RSV to be able to stay with the wing on the 1/4 mile, considering how much more power the wing has.
  20. Now that they got this train rolling, I don't think it can be stopped. We will have to deal with it. As for taxing it to fix all our financial problems....just look at how well that worked with all our other taxes.

  23. Thanks to our extended family here at VR for your prayers and well wish's. The Doctor did not have to do as much work as they thought they would. No valve replacement and no pacemaker. Just a new gasket and valve adjustment....Heck I could have done that. Seriously now, I have know idea what they did, cause I don't understand all that medical stuff, Just glad he is good to go for a few more years. The doctor did say he got some good picture's while he was in there. And my son got some really good video of Jeremiah right after they gave him his happy juice. Really funny stuff.   24. Finished. all went well. he will spend about a week in hospital. doc said better then expected.
