Also selling utopia back rest for the driver. It will not fit my new bike.
-
Also have a full cover, a Carb tune and the trunk bag with a rain cover.

Well the Venture is a total loss. Time for a new bike. I stripped some accessories off the bime that I am going to sell. If anyone is interested in any of these before I list on eBay let me know. I will be selling the chrome trunk rack, chrome saddle bag top rails, brake light bar and a leather tank bra with two pouches.

Just had the same happen to me yesterday. I walked away with scratches and bruises. My prayers for the both of them. -
The tires were the Dunlop 404 and the were approaching 10k miles. I did notice a strange feeling earlier in the morning when changing lanes. Tire looked fine and pressure was dead on. It needs an inspection next month so I was thinking if taking it in tomorrow to have then pm look it over. My first set of dunlops lasted about 14k miles. I did not hit anything, just a loud popm followed by a high pitchef screaming noise and then the fish tailing. Guy to my right saw it and hit the brakes so I had room to move over. My wife asked if it is worse when the front tire blows. Has anyone had that happen?
-
Just blew out the back tire on the highway. Almost made it standing. Used the grass bank instead of the pavement for the fall. Roughed up the bike a bit, luckily I am fine. Now to sit and wait for the wife to bring the truck so I can load it up.

I have an iPad. Do you have questions about them?
-
Mine were in the mailbox today as well. I did not tell the wife about them and just left them on the counter for her to see. She loved took her mug right to the bike and Miata to see how they would fit. Thanks Don!

2 for me! -
I have a Toshiba Netbook - 10". I bought the Toshiba because it has a full size keyboard even with the 10" screen. It has a 9 hour battery life. I have the NB205 model which has been updated to the NB305. I took it on my trip this year and it is small enough that it was a good fit on the bike.

I have stores in WV and VA as well. You will have to let me know how far east you come in WV and what parts of western VA you have. Maybe we can cross paths.

Anytime you can combine ice cream with a ride I consider it a victory.

I am switching from the OEM grips to ISO grips from Kuryakin. Left side was a breeze. Is there any secret to accessing the screws on the throttle body housing? Seems like the faring is in the way of getting a screwdriver in there with leverage.

I just bought so ISO grips that I am going to put on, once I figure out how to install. If all goes well, I will have mine from an 06 Venture.
