please forgive me i am so tired the last few days have been like a whirl wind. oldgoat has finaly got up and moving a little in i dont remember how many days. he still looks like a ghost. they do let him play with the lap top but not verry offten. he had a fair meal tonight. said it taste like hospitial food so he must be getting a little better. he asked for hard candy. and was allowed to have it. Amber his daughter went back to MN today. have to say shes like a real sister to me. just someone to lean on is nice to have. and to come here and see the prayers and all its wonderfull. but i need some rest. so for next 3 days i wont be going to see him a phone call will have to do. he,s ok with that. and was glad i was honest with him about his bike. he said he,s not worried about it. right now life is more important. Amber did tell him to get better because surprise dad im getting married in may. that put a smile on his face. hes been hearing it for the last 3 years. now its confirmed. im going to be a brides maid wow. even my life has changed since i met this oldgoat . now i got to go and finish putting this dash in a box to get ready to ship to bongobobny then this old girl LOL needs a long bubble bath. some relaxing tea a good book then sleep love Dianne

a message from the oldgoat dear brothers and sisters i have not been a member here for verry long but i have come to see that this is not just a club for parts ,advice and to talk about motorcycles. i think of this club as a flock of sheep though its huge when one falls the others gather around then a transformation occurs some of the sheep become sheep hearders they tend to us. they care for us. and yes they pray for us. and through this we all become one again. also i think of this club as a heart for if there is even one of us left the beat of this heart will go on. its what makes us strong.. for you have to have heart lots and lots of heart and i found it here. in the form of friendship from mini and all trying to bring members to next years maintenance day. to help someone get there bike back on the road. to share a laugh a prayer. a phone call durring there busy day. i am proud to be called a venture member. they use to have hands across america we have heart around the world. and thats what makes us one of the best god bless each and ever one of you. sometimes at night i swear i can hear the prayers. love james aka oldgoat

good news bad news i will start with the bad news first at 6:00 am today james asked for help to go to the bathroom. they brought him a wheel chair with the bucket. while going number 2. nurse saw blood in the bucket. quick call to the doctor. and he was rushed to be operated on. they found a bleeding ulcer (explains why they gave him blood) then more xrays and found a tear in the small intestines. removed about 8 inches of small intestines. ok thats the bad news good news this was the cause of his problems. now he will be on the road to recovery thank god. this will soon come to an end. they knocked him out and he,s sleeping a lot. hooked him up to a pain pump. so he can hit it when he needs it. Amber I and rest of family cried a lot because they finaly found it.. docs say about 2 more weeks then he can come home. his birtday is the 12th. so we will have a late bday party for him. see your prayers are working love Dianne Amber cherie. and the rest

found out he gave squid a short call. he had a smile on his face when we stopped in on him. thank you squid. they took his phone now untill after supper time short calls allowed up till 7:00 pm he told his daughter and I to take the weekend off for ourselfs. sad to say we had to agree. there are things we need to do and catch up on. mostly work. we used up a lot of our time off from work. but this weekend is ours .. girls night out. or movie night in one way or another where going to enjoy ourselfs. we know oldgoat (james) is in a safe place. and for once where going to let him think he,s the boss LOL he.s trying hard to get well on his part. now the doctors have to do theres. there slowy lifting his head up in the bed. and standing him up for short periods of time. for some reason and where not sure why? they gave him 2 pints of blood?? now they at one time said he.s not bleeding inside? well thats about all the news Ihave love Dianne

thank you mini tomorrow im going to add more minutes to his tracfone.. he said he might make a few calls to some of the fine folks here.. he cant talk much on that phone because its a pay phone.. so he will try a few quick 10 to 15 minutes calls to a few members.. i know squid will be one. i cant find the boss mans number on here freebirds? and if any one wants to make a few short calls as to not ring up his minutes his number is 815-326-9624 best time to call him is around 7:00 pm then they tell him no more calls atfer 8:00 pm. next spring or summer we talked about looking for a trike kit for his bike? just dont want to shuck a lot of money in that old 84 we had a hard time just getting it running this year. you know i believe this club is more like a family to oldgoat and I and we are truly thankfull Dianne and James aka oldgoat and goatkeeper

thank you all i just got back from seeing him. he asked to be moved to a private room, and they did. we had a talk with the supervisor of that nurse.. and chief of staff. looks like she gets a few days off with no pay. a misconduct report placed in her file?? ok now on to oldgoat.. they have a good idea whats going on. we all heard this before.. well while getiing up his blood pressure drops. bending over it drops? sitting he,s fine. laying down its fine. so first step increase his blood medication. then another MRI to see if any bleeding in the brain. they wanted a stress test but with his fainting while standing up thats not going to happen for a few days. so once again thank you all Dianne

just wanted to ask for some prayers for him. today he was not doing to good? called his sister to take him to the E.R before they could get him in the room. he let lose all over the place. had a hard time breathing? checked him over and think he,s haveing real bad migraine?? while putting him in bed. they let go of him and boom down he went. now oldgoat is not a little man 250 pounds. so the damn nurse said she,s not lifting him with her bad back?? WTF if she has a bad back why work then? 2 nice men who where in the hall gave a hand. against hospitial policy of course.. got him in bed. and he was out like a light. nurse looked at us as to say now what? i said to her look honey **** or get off the pot.. got a doctor away from his nurse friend.. and they gave him a shot of something.. he,s resting ok now. but just wait till tomorrow when his sister gets a hold of the head of that staff. no migraine should do that...

ok im a female. and i just want to say sorry to hear about your up comming divorce. and im for you. i think if a woman is so nasty as to take a man for everything he has when this man allready gave all he had while married just is not worth haveing in the first place. there is more in this world then material things. and if shes this kind of woman i hope she finds a man who is a boozer lazy good for nothing sitting at home and makes his wife work for him sorry i know you must have loved her? but did she love you ? or just what you could give her? you will find another wonderfull woman.. maybe at a biker rally keep the faith it will all work out in the end i hope she finds a biker whos bike is a ten speed huffy:Laugh:

he just wanted me to say he is staring to box them cassette tapes up. after all the clean up of his aunts apartment the total of tapes went over 400? therefore he said thoes that requested some will now be getting 20 or more per box. he just dont have the room for them. plus with the cd split every one got 175 cd,s his 3 sisters and him. so he,s keeping the cd,s and about 75 tapes so last call for tapes all country. old and fairly new. they got to go. we tested over 100 of them all play great some still wrapped in plastic never played. and with his small apartment and his health he can do so much cleaning so like he said they have to go.

thank you all we just went for a short but fast ride. to check it out. no noise thank god. found out the noise was oldgoat hearing things in the intercom set up we bought for bike to bike. he,s getting to much background noise when bikes are to close side by side? thas no big problem bought that system at a yard sale for 23 bucks so if thats all he,s hearing. i can live with a loss of $23 LOL

2005 rsv. while out for a ride today with old goat we got out on the highway he got out and went like hell. must say his bike is running better thanks to all of you pepoles help. well i started hitting gears real fast and thought i had one more gear pulled in the clutch and noticed i was in top gear let off and just kept on the gas. no problem then. but when we went into town and i was in 2nd gear oldgoat said he thought he heard a chirp or whine comming from somewhere ? in top gear he said at 60 mph it wasent so bad? did i mess up the clutch?

im not sure if your hearing spark or static. oldgoats 84 did that and he noticed the right button tone and head button when turned all the way made a strange noise when just turning on the bike. he turned that button all the way down and no more noise. now im a female so dont be surprised if i may be right LOL -
this happened to oldgoat today rub it in on him. today he went outside to tighten some things down on the bike. he went looking for a screw he knew was in the trunk? when he got a sharp pain in his thigh.yep found the screw was in his pocket. while putting in the screw his cell phone rang. so he put the screwdriver in his front pocket and rippppppppp put a hole in his pocket change fell to the ground. he bent over to pick it up ripppppppppppppp he felt a nice wind and pepole could see his butt . said the heck with it time to pour a cold one down. well he went to the fridge to find his beer and other refreshments where warm? seems he left the extension cord outside last night and we got a late night shower. so it blew the fuse to the fridge. so he fixed the fuse. drank a warm beer. placed the rest of the beer and soda in the freezer of the fridge. i didnt say nothing. he then drank a warm beer. sat down and feel asleep for about 2 hours.. got up and went for a beer and opened the freezer and boom he now has beer popsickles all over the freezer.

thanks annie James is a handfull. he didnt call me to tell me about his aunt. didnt want me to not have fun on my trip to see old family i guess? i hooked up with his daughter Amber up in minnesota. she took us to Mall of america. whew that place is huge. i am now an offical sister to her LOL where same age about 3 months apart thats why James is like a dad to me. now he has to many women telling him to behave LOL i do so dearly want him to ride again. when he had the maxim and I the ninja we went places together. even though he so badly wanted the venture up and running at that time he still got out for the wind in his face. on the maxim. i know we will ride again even if its next spring. maybe this fall? now im off to bed long trip home and getting James venture put away.

just some info i wanted to get out here oldgoat had me put up a dash?? 84 venture? for sale on ebay. it starts at $12.00 and cant remember buy it now price? maybe 75.00 it is in nice shape. his member name is wolfwatcher58. any one want to take a look at it? just trying to raise more money to get the bike out where allmost there. with the help here and pawn shops. he does have a bra for a 2005 pontiac grand prix never put on the car. missing some hardware clips?he is willing to sell as well. he would sell blood if they didnt take so much. he doesnt have much left of things to sell or pawn. cupcake thank you as well for haveing a friend pass on to us what what was owed to you.. oldgoat had a little set back today bad headaches? found out could be the nitro patch. this is just a precaution. after the stent? for some reason meds and coffee makes it not so bad? so once again thanks. now i better get back to work. i do have the ok to use computer for some personal time but never know these days what a boss might do? love to all of you dianne and the oldgoat.

well he is doing better. got him on solid heart health diet. wanted to tell big tom he can have sherbert but not ice cream for now. wanted to say thanks to squid for the call, sorry he cant call back something to do with the heart monitor system in the hallways will give false signal if a cell phone is used in the rooms? wanted to say we got a full exhaust system for the bike. right muffler has a small rust hole but he dont need the mufflers anyways. pluse if he did need it his extension tip will go over that rust hole??? with some sweet talking to this shop owner. we will get it out end of july .this man went from jerk to nice when he saw my aunt?? they went to school together way back when. i teased her and said hey go out with the jerk a couple times and he might lower the cost to get oldgoats bike out. for some reason she said she aint going there??? confessed to me she likes james aka oldgoat??? hmmmmmmm????? maybe some match making here then instead of calling him the dad i never had. i could call him uncle?? uncle oldgoat has a nice ring to it:rotfl: and my aunt can keep him in the barn if ya know what i mean? after he gets better. looks like a meet and eat i can set up with them.
