boy i could have swore that i heard people were getting 15000 to 18000 on the venom not 8000,maybe i thought they were talking about the rear when in fact they were talking about the front,my bad i guess. the bike had metzlers when i bought it with 59800 and now has 64200 and still had good tread but i must have ran them low on air and caused cupping so replaced it. dont know how many miles were actuly on tires.

i also have read somewhere on here that some pepole move the fuel filter for easier acsess.

i'll get spell check one day. yes the bearing faled of wore out, tighten it up a couple of times but was realy in need to be replaced. muffinman and riderduke road it and suggested it to be tightend up which help for a bit but way to wore out to fix the problem. i bought the bike last may with 59800 and now has 64200 so i dont know how the previous owner kept up with the bike. i've got a new clutch now and fluid replaced the rear brakes and fluid, fixing to replace the front pads and fluid, new coolant rear tire, steering bearing so that should get me started this riding season i hope.

had rear tire replaced and steering head bearing, after i picked it up tuesday and road it home i noticed when i swerve back and forth the roar is gone however when i let go of the handle bars it shakes worse than before.(please don't say hold on to the bars)i called the dealer and he said that they cant press the bearing in so after i put 2 or 300 miles on it bring it back and they would re torqe the bearing. to me that sounds a little funny, need some imput.
