ABSOLUTELY I would ride it on 2 wheels, looks like quite the adventure. I'd feel safer on 2 than 4.

When my wife had her ACE 750 I ran Castrol Actevo 10-40 semi synthetic oil in it, the bike ran good, shifted smooth and no clutch slippage. As for the air filter, K&N is a good filter when used properly. Your statement about the cement factory tells me there's lots of fine dust and that is a concern, if I were you, I'd also run a pre-filter on the K&N. K&N's filter better as they collect dirt, a fresh one will allow some fine particles to enter the engine until they get a little dirty, that's why my dune buggies all ran pre-filters, they stop the finer dirt and dust. If you can't run a pre-filter I'd go with a paper filter. Take a look at THIS link, it shows the pre-filters.

That tool only works close up, I prefer a tool that works at a bit longer distances Here in Michigan, it's the same penalty as if you're carrying a gun, so you may as well carry the more effective & versatile weapon.

I've done a few and like has been said, it's an easy job to do. The hardest part of the whole procedure is cleaning the tools when you're done.

+1 on the Carbon One lift adapter. Makes lifting the RSV easy & safe.

My condolences on your loss, it served you well so it deserves a respectable burial. I used a dab of moly grease, I suppose lithium would also work well, you just don't want it to melt off with the engine heat

oil seal P/N 93102-14209-00 Did you also order the sealing washers for the hydraulic line connection to the slave cylinder ? you need 2 P/N 90201-10118-00

I just got done doing this job, to get the seal out I poked a hole in it then used a hooked pick inserted into the hole and pulled it out. When you poke the hole, dont go in to far, there is a land behind it so try not to mar it. the new seal installs easy, just tap into hole till flush with the bore. That seal will always leak when you have the middle gear cover off because it supports the outer end of the shaft. The seal is in the motor case not the cover. Be sure to lube the shaft where the seal rides Nd the outer end where the cover supports it.

Not only if it fits you well, it must also be comfortable to carry or it will sit on the shelf doing you no good. I bounce back & forth between a S&W .40 and a .38spl wheel gun depending on how I'm dressed.
