  1. I know I have more, just have to find them.
  2. I have the forks slid up 7/8" and run Sonic 1.2 springs in them with 15W fork oil, the front tire is a Michelin CommanderII 130/90-16 The rear of the bike is stock height with a BFG T/A radial 155/80-15 The bike handles fantastic with this setup both at low speed and highway riding. Much better than the stock setup.
  3. +1 on the Flanders bars, we have them on the wife's trike and she loves them. RSTD bars will work, but they are wider than RSV or Flanders bars and will put your hands out into the airflow that comes around the fairing, on hot days that's not bad, but on cold or rainy days not so much. On my bike I have the Barons risers and I found that to be just right for me. For cables when using alternate bars you can get longer braided $$$ or use stock RSTD cables $ For most applications 1 1/2" longer will be enough unless you do like Bongo and combine Flanders & risers.
  4. I have just the solution for your needs. DEPENDS, Cuz you need a little PAMPERING. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  5. I'll bring the first sticker and paste it on Queen Tip deserves a nice throne to sit upon IT'S ONLY :mo money:
  6. Hate to see you go, but a man's gotta do, what a man's gotta do. Stay safe out there on the road.
  7. So to use your harness I'd hook the in + & - to the yellow and black then the out + & - from the modulator to ??? on your harness? I'll be ordering up one of your harnesses ASAP
  8. Nice Ammo cans hanging off each side, the mortar rounds should fit in there nicely Looks like a lotta fun there.
  9. I just got the modulator that flashes the brake light , now where to install and which wires? Sorry for the electrical dummy questions
  10. Actually, it wasn't that at all it was all over an arrest in 1980 in which all charges were dropped, apparently it still shows the event when they run my ID I'd need to hire a lawyer to have it expunged from my records. That's all. As it turned out that WAS the long way,,, time wise
  11. Trike Yamaha Venture Manual.doc
  12. HOT SEX.... I get some, every time I go to the WNY Rally The only down side I've found so far is them F*#@!in Canadian border guards don't seem to like me
  13. Sliding the tubes up in the clamps is all I know about for lowering the front. If using the old springs only go 3/4" or you risk the tube covers hitting the fender mounts. I installed sonic springs with 15W fork oil last year, tubes slid up 7/8" and love the way it handles now. With the 15W oil it rides a bit stiffer but not harsh.
  14. 3rd one on my 2001 rsv
  15. I'd need to wear a KISS costume so those didn't look out of place.
  16. Look at the date of the OP,,,, 2007 Must have gone deep into the basement to revive this old thread ! http://olioscourge.blogspot.com/2011/02/goodbye-cyclegadgetscom.html
  17. The web site seems to still be up and running
  18. I'd need leg extensions or training wheels to ride that Super Tenere with a 34" seat height
  19. I'm not quite sure what you're trying to imply here I've never witnessed Carl getting long winded in his addresses to the congregation or his ability to share the floor.
  20. Amsoil is good stuff at a premium price, way overkill for these engines, for turbo applications it's great. Most RSV's seem to run pretty good on Rotella T6 synthetic diesel oil @ $21 per gallon.
  21. I wuz going to ride up for dinner but has managed to change that plan.
  22. Always a tragic , senseless loss. Addiction is a difficult thing to beat, even for the strong willed soul. Please pass along our condolences. My wife volunteers at local FA and recovery meetings and it seems that she comes home with this same sad story all to often.
  23. Damn pushy customers ,,,,,
