  1. A few inches up or back depending on where you position the grips, maybe a total of 3" wider and a different grip angle. We're pleased with the improvement. It was like adding power steering on the trike.
  2. Here is a list of part numbers from Buckeye performance from when I did the flanders swap on the trike. If I had to do it again, I'd Have Skydoc17 make my lines. Buckeye gave a Venturerider discount then, not sure if they still do. Flanders bars; FL650-08763 Throttle cables stainless; BNT-RSVXLSSTHRCABL Bar end adapters for RSV weights; BP426-426-095FL Brake & clutch 5 line kit Stainless; BP426-426-999C Total cost was about $650 in 2012
  3. Wishing you luck in getting this resolved soon. I agree with what Bob said. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. Got my registration printed and sitting here in front of me. I'll get it to you soon. I'm in for 2 large shirts
  5. Half a scoop of cheap ice cream
  6. With the high miles it's a good idea to pull the swingarm and check/grease the bearings anyhow. It's really not that difficult a job to do.
  7. Thats why my safe is rated at 2500* for 2 hours.
  8. The Indian dealer near here had an RSV they took on trade, it had mini apes on it , I sat on it and really liked the feel of them! Didn't ride it but it felt like it would be comfortable. The grips were just below shoulder height and slightly wider than stock bars.
  9. Very nice, looks like a great ride for a dual sport bike with the dirt section.
  10. Very Kool til you mess up and stick an arm or leg in the dicer ! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. Jeannie and I were shocked to see and hear what happened, we are thankful you were able to escape injury. Very sorry for the loss of your pets and belongings. The pictures are a hard thing to loose, so many cherished memories..... I have most all our photos and important Docs scanned and backed up on multiple drives that are stored here and off site just in case something like this should happen. Wishing you the best in recovering from this tragedy.
  12. Rear tires are designed with the carcass and belts overlapped for the forces of acceleration that a rear tire produces. A front tire experiences different forces with braking and turning that are better suited to an overlap of the opposite direction of overlap. Plus rear tire tread depth gives more mileage per tire. Trike riders have been doing this for eons, so it's been proven to be safe and effective.
  13. Put a Michelin Commander II 130 on the front in reverse rotation. Great grip and wears like iron.
  14. Just take it into town Don, lots of hungry college kids to do the work for you.
  15. They look OK but are not something I'd have on my bike. PITA to keep clean.
  16. What a gut wrenching group of photos !
  17. I like to stick them to the bags with sillycone, I hate chasing them across the garage floor every time I pull the bags. They always seem to stop under the car or other hard to reach spots.
  18. Bout time you came to your senses, NICE looking scoot.
  19. Horrible news indeed ! I'm relieved to hear the family is safe but sad to hear you lost a furry family member.
  20. Larry and I did the same thing to move the trunk back, I can take some pictures of the modifications if that will help.
  21. Fantastic player !
  22. I don't think thats real, or there's that many stupid people I just looked them up rear shoes & front pads $39.95 http://www.race-driven.com/atv-utv/yamaha/yfm600-grizzly/cat_7430.html
  23. Sorry for your loss Marca and Carl. Our condolences to the whole family.
  24. Happy to help Gary. You live right near Hannigan I'm sure they'd give you one. Pay your $12 for your VR membership, it's money well spent if you're going to own a RSV.
  25. Commander II 130 rear mounted in reverse rotation. An awesome tire that wears like iron and sticks like glue. 13K mile on the front of ours and still looks new.
