  1. You've been dethroned as the light king! http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160607/f3d2b9438f7c013a600697ed7556801f.jpg Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  2. Unlike you, we ride our bikes and because of that, they do need to be cleaned and maintained occasionally.
  3. The controllers close proximity to the clutch makes it susceptible to splash from fluid when bleeding and cause the case to weaken. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. We have a 171 acre lake that is filtered real clean by zebra mussels and marshland. When we did have a pool we used chlorine and it was a P.I.T.A. , was going to go to salt but sold the pool first.
  5. Sorry to say but most (NOT ALL) employees of those big box parts stores know no more about a car than their computer will tell them . If you really wanted to mess with their heads, just tell them you want Honda car brake pads to fit your Yamaha motorcycle , blue smoke will come streaming form their ears within seconds ! Actually, the Honda pads won't work, its only the hub assembly and stub shaft that are Honda. The rotors and caliper mount bracket are a 1 off product made for Hannigan, as well as the half shafts from the pumpkin to the hub. The differential is from a T-Bird. Be sure to check the bolts from the driveshaft to the differential pinion flange, they are known to loosen themselves and disappear.
  6. FA-266HH is what I have for the new style . Does the trike Have brakes that look like this ? New style Or like this Old style Read http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?67621-Hannigan-Brake-Pads-(Part-Number)&highlight=brakes

  10. I seem to have a dirty ground somewhere, when I use the turn signals or brake light I can hear it in the radio and watch the dash lights dim a little. Other than the battery ground where are some of the other wiring harness ground points that may be the culprit?
  11. Dublin store web site does not list prices but most varieties are $15-20 per pound.
  12. Hop the ferry across the pond and swing by to pick me up. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. I think ya just talked me outta towing my home with me
  14. Puc, like you, most of my time up there was spent in the woods with either a rifle or a snowmobile. I can get you anywhere up there on dirt fire roads or sled trails, but the paved roads are another story.
  15. I'll be there, where can I set the camper? Anyone going from Detroit area let's hook up for the ride. Randy, Puc can not do weekends he's retired. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. Yum, Dublin jerky! I think that one may work for me! 😆 Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. When looking at motors , look to see if it uses automotive type construction in the motor. Many use no bearings and only a thin film of oil separates aluminum from Steel. Greasable spindles are a must. How easy is it to remove and sharpen the blades. We have a Scag and a Grasshopper at work and the Scag is the mower of choice for all of us. 18. 3 foot cable is more than enough for any handlebar placement of the GPS.
  19. I use a Stihl BR430 blower and chainsaw at work and have been impressed with both, other Stihl equipment we have not so much. The blower starts easy, every time. Reviews I've read on Huskie have been mostly positive. Guess I'll have to see if I can find a demo unit to try. Echo, I don't see many to choose from. Shindawa was a great brand. They were bought up by Redmax and I see many complaints on their products.
  20. While we're B itching and bragging on our lawn equipment, my 20 year old Shindawa Backpack leaf blower has finally given up the ghost, it's was a $450 commercial blower at that time. I couldn't even begin to guess how many thousands of hours it had on it. SO, it's now time to buy a new blower, I'm wanting another commercial grade machine, something that will handle wet, heavy, fall leaf cleanup. Any first hand recommendations on what to buy?
  21. My 43 year old Gravely Rider is still going strong, in its lifetime it's had 1 engine rebuild and 1 PTO replaced. May not be the fastest but it still mows and blows snow like a champion, and not even new commercial units are built as stout as this antique. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  22. There ya go again! Darn weekday MgNEM 😢 gotta meet my boat Mechanic at 10 🤔 Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  23. Another route to try is, find a welding shop with a laser, a good operator can burn the bolt out without damaging the threads.
  24. I found the same thing with the Purolator filters, they are making the plate convex now so the gasket does not quite seat anymore. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
