Unlike you, we ride our bikes and because of that, they do need to be cleaned and maintained occasionally.

Actually, the Honda pads won't work, its only the hub assembly and stub shaft that are Honda. The rotors and caliper mount bracket are a 1 off product made for Hannigan, as well as the half shafts from the pumpkin to the hub. The differential is from a T-Bird. Be sure to check the bolts from the driveshaft to the differential pinion flange, they are known to loosen themselves and disappear.

I seem to have a dirty ground somewhere, when I use the turn signals or brake light I can hear it in the radio and watch the dash lights dim a little. Other than the battery ground where are some of the other wiring harness ground points that may be the culprit?

Puc, like you, most of my time up there was spent in the woods with either a rifle or a snowmobile. I can get you anywhere up there on dirt fire roads or sled trails, but the paved roads are another story.

When looking at motors , look to see if it uses automotive type construction in the motor. Many use no bearings and only a thin film of oil separates aluminum from Steel. Greasable spindles are a must. How easy is it to remove and sharpen the blades. We have a Scag and a Grasshopper at work and the Scag is the mower of choice for all of us. 3 foot cable is more than enough for any handlebar placement of the GPS.

I use a Stihl BR430 blower and chainsaw at work and have been impressed with both, other Stihl equipment we have not so much. The blower starts easy, every time. Reviews I've read on Huskie have been mostly positive. Guess I'll have to see if I can find a demo unit to try. Echo, I don't see many to choose from. Shindawa was a great brand. They were bought up by Redmax and I see many complaints on their products.

While we're B itching and bragging on our lawn equipment, my 20 year old Shindawa Backpack leaf blower has finally given up the ghost, it's was a $450 commercial blower at that time. I couldn't even begin to guess how many thousands of hours it had on it. SO, it's now time to buy a new blower, I'm wanting another commercial grade machine, something that will handle wet, heavy, fall leaf cleanup. Any first hand recommendations on what to buy?
