  5. Her first sanctioned race this weekend at Roebling raceway in Georgia. She wasn't the fastest but had a great time. Shaved 8 seconds off her laptimes over the 3 days! Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  6. After experiencing the same thing a couple of years ago I now fill the bike with ethanol free gas treated fuel stabilizer, ride the bike 20-30 miles to get it in the carbs then put it up for the winter. I leave the bowls full and every few weeks flip the key on to keep them full. To unstick the previously mentioned stuck float, I ended up draining the carbs and filling them with Berryman B12. I misted the carbs with gas to keep the bike running and pull the B12 into all the circuits, let it set for a day or two then drained the bowls, flipped the key to fill with fresh gas, fired up with no more stuck float. 7. Along with all that's been said about frame improvements , you'll also need to upgrade all the axle shackles, bolts & bushings to heavier duty units. I haul a lot of boats and the axle shackles are the most often part of the trailers we need to replace. Also, I think if you do some careful measuring of purpose built toy haulers you'll find the axle placement is different than the same unit that's not a toy hauler. A few inches can make a huge difference in weight distribution. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  8. If they want to wire money, tell them the only payment you'll accept is a wal-mart money transfer or USPS, that right away shuts down the scammers contact. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  12. I agree, don't worry about picking it up because as you know, you never drop a bike when nobody's watching, it's always when you have an audience. +1 on Carbon Ones crashbar braces. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. Happy to hear they fixed your dad's receiver. Mine got treated to some well placed .40 S&W rounds before going to the landfill. My new Yamaha 7810 is a nice unit that is better suited to the tasks asked of modern info-tainment systems. I Love the networking features along with the internet radio functions. The Dolby Atmos feature adds a whole new 3D dimension to movie soundtracks so encoded, my setup is 5.1.2 once I get some speaker stands for my new surround speakers it should sound even better. 14. The 4-2-4's I've heard have been too loud for my liking, but everyone's tolerance for noise levels is different. I've had several different sets of pipes, from stock to Samson's, stock= too quiet, Samson's = TOO LOUD ! I now have 2013 HD Ultra pipes and they are just right for me unless I'm pulling the trailer then the reflected volume is a bit loud on long day's in the saddle.
  15. Have you checked for vacuum leaks anywhere in the intake airstream from the air box to the head? Are you sure there is not an obstruction in one of those Harley pipes? Put the stock pipes back on and see if problem disappears. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. Is the fluid low in the clutch sight glass? You should be able to tell the difference between motor oil and hydraulic fluid.
  17. Most likely place is a valve cover gasket. I have one leaking, that's on the spring todo list. Gotta give Skydoc a call and get some shipped up here.
  18. It is a good place to buy Everclear for our Apple Pie making friends. They stock it (federal facility) even if your state doesn't allow it's sale .
  19. I'm there with you on the piaa, I run that bulb on the trike and I agree with you, it's brighter than the silverstar. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  20. Well Dave, I'm impressed with the AVR so far. Installation was a P.I.A. The auto speaker calibration YPAO worked pretty good, only tweak i had to make to it so far is it set my front surround speakers as Large even though the sub was handling LFE. Otherwise setup was not too bad with the on screen menu's. I'm having fun with all the other features it offers, I'll be exploring and tweaking for weeks I'm sure. It's leaps above the 9 year old Onkyo it replaces. IMO it can't be beat for price paid / features. 👍👍 Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  21. That's the start of a long downhill slide into parts failures! TRADE IT IN NOW !!! I hear Vespa has some great deals right now. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
