I wish the Bride & Groom a long and happy marriage. Congrats to you !

You'll have a great time there, so much to see and do. If you have time go through Greenfield Village too, it's like stepping back in time. There is also an Imax theater there, showing CarsII in 3D. I saw the previews when we were there a few weeks ago to see the new Pirates of the Carribean 3D, Cars looks like it would be a good one to see also.

While the C-5 was turning over its engines, a female crewman gave the G.I.s on board the usual information regarding seat belts, emergency exits, etc. Finally, she said, 'Now sit back and enjoy your trip while your captain, Judith Campbell, and crew take you safely to Afghanistan ' An old Master Sergeant sitting in the eighth row thought to himself, 'Did I hear her right? Is the captain a woman?' When the attendant came by he said 'Did I understand you right? Is the captain a woman?' 'Yes,'! said the attendant, 'In fact, this entire crew is female.' 'My God,' he said, 'I wish I had two double scotch and sodas. I don't know what to think with only women up there in the cockpit.' 'That's another thing, Sergeant,' said the crew member, 'We No Longer Call It The Cockpit' 'It's The Box Office.' Quote of the day: 'Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of ****.' Women are Angels. And when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly....on a broomstick. We are flexible like that.

how many miles with no valve adjustment??
ragtop69gs replied to kyle's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
After reviewing the documentation I got from the previous owner, I can not find anywhere that a valve adjustment was ever done. I now have 42,000 on the bike so I need to do this. Anyone in the southeast Michigan area that wants to get together and tackle this job ? I have never done/seen a valve adjustment done, but I do have the service manual. How long should it take for a rookie to do this job? -
What tv station is it on? I'd like to try and find the webcast if there is one.

Looks like a great week of music. Might make a great fall ride destination.

They get 20+ feet of accumulation up there every year. If you notice, there are 15ft tall sticks along the side of the road to show them where to run the snowblowers , which they park at the top, stop and check them out.

Bluegrass is one of my favorite genre. Love the old and new stuff. Here's a few links to one of my favorite bands of the past. The cold up top does not last long, unless you stop up there. A hoody under your leather and chaps is usually all you need if it's cold up top. I've been up there in cold, snow, WIND, rain and 80 degree heat, ya just never know. Regardless of the weather it's an awesome ride. Try and fit in Wind River Canyon between Riverton and Thermopolis, Wy. It's a beautiful ride and very close to Cody.

I guess Don could make that your job, I'm sure Freebird would give you mod status for just that mission. Go get em Rick. Although you Canadians seem to like to start riots! Here's your first one

My son just informed us that we're going to be grand parents ! They went to the ER to get a wrist X-ray and found out she has one in the oven. I guess now I'll be able to justify all this grey hair .

It's not "silicone" it's silicates, silicates help to keep a cars cooling system clean, but, they can damage a motorcycles water pump because they have a vane type pump as opposed to an impeller used in cars. Always use a silicate free coolant in a motorcycle.

I have no personal experience with this upgrade, but, with a wider tire you have to make sur there are not any bolts inside the fender that can cut the tire. A trailer hitch could also be a problem with a 180 tire. Isn't that the same size goldwings run on the rear? My Honda ran a 150 and I went to a 180 rear and liked the change.
