  1. Add to that a Carbon One lift adapter to safely lift your RSV. Makes working on and cleaning the bike easier.
  2. I'll give ya 3 Liters of Alberta Springs Rye for it
  3. I know where you're coming from. I to had an Ace Tourer before I bought my Venture and chose the Venture for the same reasons as you, 2up touring while pulling a trailer was a bit too much for the Ace. The more you ride the RSV the easier the low speed handling will become, don't get me wrong though, it is a handful and you need to pay attention. Last fall my wife got her own RSV with the Hannigan Trike kit, she loves it and pulls the trailer on trips now, but the best part is I don't get hit in the back of the helmet any more by her when I blast the curves And yes Let's see some pics
  4. I had no rust dust but everything did need lubing.
  5. Looks like a mall parking lot at christmas
  6. That sounds like what I found when I did mine. The top shock bolt is a sloppy fit but I saw no evidence of abnormal wear. At 54,000 miles it was in need of cleaning and lube. Smoother and quieter ride now.
  7. Here's a picture of Jeannie and I . Taken at Letchworth State park on one of our side trips during the WNY International rally.
  8. I have one for sale but it would be a bit of a ride to come get it. I could be talked into delivery, but it would cost more than the trailer
  9. Nice looking Trike You won't be sorry going with a Hannigan, Jeannie loves hers, It's growing on me too Were torn on getting the running boards, they look great but you need lo---ng legs to back it up while sitting. B2Dad and bongobobny say they keep you dry but do hold in a little heat.
  10. Isn't that the guy who stole a million dollars then bailed out of a jet over Idaho, never to be seen again ? Or maybe it was that guy running nakid in the rain at Woodstock
  11. A father buys a lie detector robot that slaps people when they lie. He decides to test it out at dinner one night. The father asks his son what he did that day. The son says, "I did some schoolwork." The robot slaps the son. The son says, "Ok, Ok. I was at a friend's house watching movies." Dad asks, "What movie did you watch?" Son says, "Toy Story." The robot slaps the son. Son says, "Ok, Ok we were watching porn." Dad says, "What? At your age I didn't even know what porn was!" The robot slaps the father. Mom laughs and says, "Well, he certainly is your son!" The robot slaps the mother. P.S. ROBOT for Sale
  12. Yep Pandora is awesome, pick your genre and listen forever as long as your plan is truly unlimited. Can to send the pandora to the GPS by bluetooth and play it through the bikes audio ?
  13. It does say Grand opening, although they must not be very proud of the fact given the print is so small. Looks good to me. What's next?
  14. Carlos, How do you like the new pipes? Did you get the rest on after I left ?
  15. Got that bike back yet? Lets ride
  16. I grabbed MP3Gain seem to do the job. The Traffic receiver did not work, after spending 1/2 an hour with Garmin tech support they determined that the mounting cradle must be bad and even knowing I bought the 4 yr old unit off fleabay they are sending me a new cradle NO Charge ! 3 thumbs up for Garmin Support. Guess that's why I own 3 of their units
  17. If your sister won't have you , We certainly will ! Looking forward to seeing y'all. Seems a Venison/Beef BBQ is in order, maybe a little Sailor to wash it down ( Yes Larry... you and Joyce too ) Lots of good riding once you get there but getting there is a rather boring ride, lots of straight roads once past Chicago. Bob, there's lots to see and do once in the Rushmore area, you may want to take 2-3 days around there. Devils Tower, Custer St. Park has Needles Hwy. , Sturgis. I know there's some I'm forgetting.
  18. +1 on everything said so far. I have 1 more suggestion.... check the fuel level and RIDE THAT SUCKA Ok 2... the oil level in the sight glass should only be at 1/3 , if you fill to half or more she will drip oil out the air box drain tube.
  19. We are strongly leaning towards going on this, I mean how often do I get a chance to get sea sick at such a low price ?
  20. What program would be suggested to normalize the MP3 music ? Free is always good if it works. I want the GPS mounted centered on the cassette door, I'm looking at using these Ram parts to do it. RAM-hol-GA26U cradle Ram-B-238U diamond ball mount Ram-B-201U-C 5.25" long arm Ram-B-231U Bar clamp Coming off the left riser part of the handlebar. I think this will give it the best rain protection and not be so obvious whill mounted on the bike.
  21. Take another pill Joe, the previous one is wearing off.
  22. You knew IT ! I heard he passed away shortly after the Munsters went off the air He was a kool dude
  23. without using a full cradle for the unit have you ever had the ball pop out of the socket, the unit come off the cradle ? and does it move when you hit bumps? My other garmin was mounted on the bike with the suction mount to the windshield and moves every time I hit a bump, causing me to have to readjust it constantly. I will be using the bluetooth feature for my phone.
