  1. I'm looking for a set of Diamond R stainless steel wind deflectors with or without the brackets, if you have a set to spare I'm buying.
  2. Y'all coming thru Michigan ? Should we be lookin for ya Or are you just doing the thing ? Not that there's anything wrong with that...
  3. Not sure this has been tried before. I'm looking for You, your bike and a Unique natural geological feature. As an example; In the Detroit area we have salt mines that run under most of S.E. Michigan.
  4. Without this one ore riding would be a little rougher. http://www.waynecounty.com/dps/dps_roads_history_firstmilehistory.htm
  5. If anyone's interested, the flange bolt part number is N800594.S100 Some ford dealers may stock them, some will need to order them. They fit the mid 80's 8.8" Ford T-Bird rear end.
  6. Just me this time, No hugs for you
  7. Joe I know of several people who went to Mexico for dental work , got a quality job done for 1/4 the cost of a us dentist.
  8. Count me in. Just a word of warning, the long range forecast says rain that Friday so be prepared for a wet weekend. Jeff we'll see you at the restaurant .
  9. Just got under our trike, 1 bolt missing already !!! This seems to be a problem everyone should look at ASAP
  10. Yep they are tbird rears flipped .
  11. here's 2 of ours. First is a 47' Diamond T Model 509 on a 79' Dodge Power Wagon chassis (a work in progress) Second is our 69' Buick GS, slightly modified.
  12. Any grade 8 bolt of proper length should work there. IMHO it's not worth the drive to have the shop replace them, unless you think it may have damaged the speed sensor. Just go buy them at a bolt supply or local hardware store.
  13. Al, that is my wifes trike and it is a 2010 hannigan , same as yours. Yours is setup exactly like the pictures I posted, get under it and have a better look.
  14. Not sure if these are the bolts Al had trouble with. Going to have to wait for him to confirm. Al said 4 bolts so I think he's talking about the carrier not at the u joint it;s self.
  15. A few pics of the drive shafts.
  16. I like that target and have several in mind, now if the skies will quit leaking.
  17. Have you imported routes before ? They load to your SD card (I think the folder is called "My Files") then you have to move them into custom routes.
  18. We have found several times when the GPS showed us riding thru a lake or farm field because of new roads. Makes a difference if you route plan or let the GPS plot the route. These units are mostly circa 2008 so in the 5-6 years they've been out there have been some new roadways built. Yep, Garmin is trying to push everyone towards the more expensive units.
  19. My sister has 2 Aussies , weird dogs, one wants to herd you and the other wants to bite you.
  20. I bought my latest one off ebay, I got it with lifetime maps also. The previous owner gave me all of the garmin registration info for the unit so I could continue to get the map updates, otherwise the NuMaps update does not transfer to the next owner. The unit was like new, came with all OEM mounts, box & documentation, I paid $149 for it shipped. If you don't care about updates they can be had starting at about 50 and up for a working unit.
  21. The longer you own one the more you'll like it. They corner like a Corvette and for LD comfort they cant be beat. Add a Turbo or Nitrous and blow away those 1st Gen snobs
  22. Spent a few hours riding in some damp conditions today. Thanks for a good lunch and wet ride with Carbon One, Star4772, Angel & Lori. Angel, let us know you made it home ok.
  23. Was it the shaft from trans to rear end or from the rear end to the wheel hub ? Either way I'm glad you caught it before it fully detached. Thanks for the heads up on a potential problem.
  24. Will they work in conjunction with the Buddy Rich Cable ?
