Mr owl......I dont care if you change ur name it will always be mr owl to me..you are one the people who should never change ur name.....its an icon round here.......like freebird, squidley, e-fishin-c......you know they just wouldnt be the same with a name change..... I do understand the meaning of this tho... the name given to the entity which, in Greek and Roman mythology, is a multi-headed dog which guards the gates of Hades, to prevent those who have crossed the river Styx from ever escaping The name "Cerberus" is a Latinised version of the greek word Kerberos, meaning "demon of the pit".[ in other words you are telling us this is hell?????????

pa put in a motion for discovery and a motion to compel buccal swab samples ( for dna) which will be argued next thursday at 1:30 and of course he pled not guilty again. His lawyer wasnt there when they called the case and the perp said he hadnt talked to him all week so judge took a 5 min break..more like 15..lol his lawyer finally showed up said he was at the jail looking for him...now wouldnt he know his client would be at the court..... anyways..we are starting to wonder about his lawyer.....cpl weeks ago he never showed?/ Well i found this on his lawyer... http://www.courts.mo.gov/page.asp?id=8380 i could care less if he has a worthless lawyer:rotf: You cant imagine what happens to your mind and body in there..... they finally bring him in and when you see him your heart starts pounding and you tense up and fill with anxiety......the adrenalin starts pumping and you want to do something.or say something......but you cant.

here is a clear cut explanation of it $70-$75 an hour is pretty good pay, but it is also not really what UAW members earn. The base pay for these workers is around $25 an hour. To get to $75 an hour, you would have to believe that autoworkers get $100,000 a year in benefits. Assume that they get $15k for their pension and $25k for their health insurance, that gets you to $40k. Where is the rest of the $100k? Well, what the auto industry does to get this figure is they average in their health care and pension costs for their retirees. These are real expenses for the industry, but they have nothing to do with the compensation received by current workers.

this is what i was refering to.......there is no $77 an hr being paid to the average worker between his wages and benefits. thats why i asked where is the $77 an hr? I'd like him to be making that much! I can understand the the cost of labor being that high per hr..but the average auto worker is not making that much per hr. but man the games they play there..and if you know how to play....well.........
-
I am not even going to get involved in this one..........but being the wife of an auto worker......I want to know where the $77 an hour is???????? Ford was offering buy outs yet again last month....in fact they were even calling us on the phone reminding us of the cutoff date...never saw them do this before... plain and simple not being close enough to retiring there is no way we could take one.....so here we are holding our breathe once again riding it out......we already transfered once thinking the plant here was safe....but im not sure anymore. a lot of waste going on in there? you bet.....its unreal.......but some work for their money and bust their butts and pay the price health wise and no time with their familys so they can survive.......ask me , I know !

well sudden change.........and if i hadnt looked at the court records I wouldnt have known..... Date for the hearing was changed from the 18th to tomorrow..... Agravates me they didnt let me know.....I had to call the PA to check on it........they finally just called me back. Guess I better keep tabs daily to stay ahead of the game.. I know all its going to be is another not guilty plea and the request for a swab ( dna) but I wouldnt miss it for nothing ! Gonna be tough on dale as he works tonight and will be lucky to get 2 or 3 hrs sleep before we go.....usually the hearings have been on Tuesdays and he doesnt work mon night.

Well noone let us know but I was looking at the court records last night aand this suddenly appeared : Docket Entry:Bndover Circ-Waive Prel Hrng Text: State appears by Asst. P.A. Defendant appears in person and by attorney. The Court finds that Defendant has been advised of his/her rights & enters a valid waiver of preliminary hearing; the Court orders that the Defendant appear and be present in Division One of the Circuit Court of Clay County for arraignment. Associated Docket Entries: 11/04/2008 - Hearing Continued/Rescheduled Associated Docket Entries: 11/04/2008 - Hearing Scheduled Associated Events: 11/18/2008 , 09:00:00 - Hearing apparently he waived his preliminary hearing and we finally have him in the circuit court....new judge, new court room ( finally in criminal court ) Of course i plan to call prosecutor today and see what they have to say. This means we can get his dna ordered........ if i understand right ..he now gets to make a plea again next tuesday..... if he pleads not guilty again....we start moving on to a trial...... I intedn to find out if there has been anything said about a plea bargain at all..... I really wish it wouldnt have to go to trial but with a plea bargain we would have to give in a little and that would be hard to do I also had to laugh....as i was looking thru the cases for the 18th in the court div we had been in...lo and behold shows up his sisters name ( the mother of the girl Haylie played with at their ( his parents and his) house.) Anyways looks like she is in a lil trouble herself.....Possession Of Up To 35 Grams Marijuana pretty ironic a brother and sister both in court the same day---------need i say more??? :rotfl:

well after another trip down to the stealer......they took pics and sent em to yamaha.....they left a message on dales phone saying "yamaha says its normal wear and tear" so he called them back and let em know he was unhappy....they suggested he call customer service...... so he did.....he went over and over the issues....both the cowling and the antenae....complained about this happening a lot to others.....and they kept saying normal wear and tear.... well he didnt give up that easily.....told em if they didnt use cheap plastic parts it wouldnt have happened.....asked em if its normal wear and tear does that mean he will have to replace both parts every 30,000 miles?..I didnt hear all of it but he was relentless.....the poor guy on the other end, was helpless and really appeared to feel bad.....finally told him to hold on ...came back and said they would give him a $250 credit at the dealer but it could only be used for yamaha parts. I think maybe he can have the cowling replaced for that...not sure anymore. I told him he still needs to call the local rep for our area and push it some more.... so we will see if he gets any farther...... oh yeah he did tell them when it comes time to trade it in it wont be for another yamaha.........:rotfl: bad thing is they dont really give a crap

OMG, #1 of 1500 RSV 2000MM on Ebay, only 7,100 miles!
Cinderella replied to FutureVentures's topic in Watering Hole
yeah someone posted about that previously....i think everyone is kinda watching to see how much it goes for...... http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29000&highlight=ebay i emailed him thru ebay also to see what he would say about the reserve here is the reply i got: We have the original sales receipt for 17,099, not including such extras as 6cd changer. Because of its great condition and collector's value the reserve is quite close to this figure but we don't want to reveal it--HOWEVER we will consider a reasonable Buy It Now Offer from a serious enthusiast. Call if interested Richard Feldman (225)892-6528 or (225)298-0655 -

the prosecutors office called me back this morning......sounds like they are trying to get this moving.... they are waiting to hear back from the defense attorney....he hasnt returned their calls. the issues they want to get taken care of are that they want to try to get him to waive his preliminary trial ( hearing) and get the case moved to the circuit court. Reason being they want his dna..............finally !!! crime lab results came back from our daughter and they picked up something in her underclothing that isnt her dna. Ok guys we need some good carma and prayers that they pull this off and that the tests match ! She did warn me that it could take quite a while for the tests on his dna......so.........we keep on waiting. But at least I feel like things are moving a little now my only fear at this time is that because it was so many hours after the incident and she went to the bathroom numerous times, wiped, etc that anything would be gone. (To put it bluntly ..as im sure some of you are wondering...and i question whether i should say this here... there most likely are no sperm cells, as he didnt manage to complete that)

we sat and sat and sat.......lol he was the very last case this morning..we were the very last people sitting in the courtroom... he saw us when he came in again but never ever looked our way again....he definately avoided us.....his lawyer didnt show today..supposedly had a medical emergency and never made it there. Prosecutors office said they had some issues with the case they want to get taken care of so they wanted next hearing in two weeks....so guess where we be in 2 weeks again... Ive got a call into our advocate at the prosecutors office to find out exactly what the issues are they want to take care of.....all i know of at this time would be the motion for bond reduction he has in........patience isnt one of my better traits.....
