im so happy this morning......... Order denying defendants motion to suppress !!!! i was so happy when i found out this morning i started crying.......... this is awesome for our case...... he doesnt have anything left to try to fall back on !!!

bill what time frame do you think u will be in herman on saturday? we are going to cage it over saturday morning since we will have the wild child with us and thought we would try to time our leaving so we could meet up in herman instaed of meeting later at your house.

yes so sad.....this guy was a member of kansas city baca.....the chapter that has adopted haylie. Not sure if we have ever met this guy as there are so many who have been here....i believe they called him "Cowboy" They had done their 100 mile ride that day since April is prevent child abuse month, it was afterwards and he was on his way home. as far as never riding in a storm.......out here in MO you never know..these storms comes out of nowhere and produce tornados and straight line winds when you least expect it.

hopefully they get to the bottom of this randy....... I know its natural to worry and put the kids and grandkids first........but make sure you take care of yourself too. we will keep your entire family our prayers that everything great for all of you. and congrats on the new grandbabys!

Im so friggin stressed out......i dont know how im gonna make it thru a trial if it goes to that...I was a mess this morning.. first off the motion to suppress the evidence was dropped by his attorney....like i said the perps parents were sposed to testify..well the good Lord intervenes in his own way...I feel so bad for his parents, apparently his dad has a weak stomach and had a problem on the way to courthouse this morning.,he stayed out inthe car his wife came in and talked to one of the people and told them her husband couldnt come in he dirtyed himself.......so they dropped it . What an a** to put his parents thru this....my heart breaks for them. Motion 2 to suppress his confession.......they put the detective on the stand and his lawyer apparently is grasping at straws and he tried to make it look like maybe the perp was intoxicated when he confessed...argued about his handwriting changing onthe statement..kept asking the detective if he noticed any kind of under the influence...over and over. wanted to know exactly when the put him under arrest, before the confession, after, etc...At first I couldnt understand what he was trying to get at with the intoxicated thing, but figured it out pretty quick...what an idiot...what a last ditch try at something that wouldnt save him anyways....the detective didnt give him anything..nada nothing !! Judge will make a decision within 2 weeks on this....but we nor the prosecutor can see where he would go along with this one. motion 3- for a continuance- granted.new trial date July 20th...this is basically to get all the dna stuff back...judge wasnt happy that we were delaying because this poor guy is in jail in the mean time.......oh lets have a pity party:rotf: right after we got there the prosectuor told us since we are there the defense lawyer has the right and could call one of us to testify.....holy crap my heart went in high gear, all i could say was let him...but as i sat there i thought if they call me up to testify Im going to puke:rotf: we saw a bunch of baca there this morning for another case..they were there to go with a boy to a pretrial conference from our town....that was great to see them and one of them popped in our hearing for a while...come to find out there was another similar case in the courthouse this morning also.... Guys thats too many....3 cases in different courtrooms in 1 morning ( that we knew of) and we have also learned of several cases going on in our little town....im shocked, but im also glad these kids are speakin up and telling someone !!

well guys we are getting close to the nitty gritty........ motion hearing is this morning..... the only motions i am aware of are his motions to suppress his statement and the evidence, and for a continuance on trial date I was under the belief that these motions were argued between the prosecutor and the defense lawyer and then judge decides whether to allow or not......but apparently the police officers involved and the perps parents will be testifying this morning. I was going to go alone because dale has no paid days left til June, but when he found out they were testifying he took the day off to be there. we havent had to see the jerk since december, so it will be hard to have to look at him again today. I feel so bad for his parents having to go thru this at their age and im sure they arent happy about having to testify especially since they are sposed to be testifying on our side today( i guess its about the search of the living quarters of their son and a magazine he showed Haylie ,which is what he is trying to get suppressed, making sure it was all done legally so we can use it for evidence) ok im ratteling again........... im keeping the faith that all goes our way today........i have a feeling that if it does, his lawyer will be wanting to make a plea bargain real soon. will fill ya in later today....

when u log in the first page over on the left should be a list of your photobucket albums, make sure you click which one u want the pics to go into , then you should have a square near the top for uploading, it says Upload Images & Video....on the right side make sure the option to upload from your computer is marked ......click where it says use our faster bulk up loader........it should bring a screen up that lists folders on your pc where u have pics.......if not u will have to find the folder ur pics are in over on the left side.once u find it all the pics in that folder should show on the right side.....select the ones u want or all of them byt clicking select all at the top.....and then click the blue upload box below the pics..wa la..your pics should be uploaded to your desired album

bill I think we are gonna drive over saturday morning , yeah have to cage it this trip since the young un will be with us....... even tho we cant ride we just wanted to come over and see everyone and find out how good a bbq'er you are...... Been trying to find a hotel that has an indoor pool for Haylie, thought we'd let her swim til you all get back to your place Saturday for the bbq. spend the night and head back sunday.

It used to be enough to ask them to say the alphabet. When the Canadian got to the end, he'd say "zed" instead of "zee". But 18 years of Sesame Street have taught a lot of Canadian kids to say "zee," and it's starting to sound as natural as it does south of the 49th parallel.

Dale did around 1240 or so from our previous home in ohio....to sturgis..i think it was in around 21 hours... it was in 2004. This was right before he got the Venture.....he rode his kaw out there and back........dont think he'd ride that bike that far ever again. I know I would never make it, I couldnt stand to ride on that bike for half an hour he has also rode from here to to albany, ny about 1285 miles in less than 24 hrs.....

ok its time for some hints........... does this celebration involve someone from canada? now dont get sneaky and say yes because some canadians will be celebrating this..... is the person(s) directly involved in this good news canadian? im tryin real hard to think who is young enough to be having a baby, or who isnt married....hmmmmmmmm I know someone who is in a new relationship.......gary???????

well lets see.....being a woman.....the first thing i would do is build my self a raft or some sort of transportation.......and then i would make my rounds visiting each of you so I could listen to more than 1 album...... but......some of you id visit a little longer than others.......

thanks everyone... dale just got his "swab" done....... so when he is eliminated it pretty much closes the case on what other male could she possibly have come in contact with.

I just got a call from the prosecutor.....yeah the one i pissed off:whistling: are ya ready for this???????????? we got male DNA on the new test !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now as confusing as dna stuff is........it is my understanding it is male dna...cant be absolutely matched to him, but he cannot be ruled out !! some dumb figures like 1 in 16,000 thing. to make it a little more substantial.....dale will need to give a sample and be ruled out. please keep the prayers coming that he doesnt show up as one of those 1 in 16,000. The prosecutor said this is very good news for us.......and we can certainly up years we want now. Still no promises of not going thru trial......the perps attorneys secretary called the da yesterday and he has been in a trial and they are in the process of moving there office and so he will prolly talk with him the next day or so...maybe they are wanting to make a plea. i know this is still long from over, but this is such great news for our case. Ive been sitting here just shaking since i got the call. Praise God, i finally turned it all over to Him a few days ago and He is coming thru!!!

lol...they never got there.....Haylie got completely sidetracked with a couple of neighborhood girls..they played and played and climbed trees non stop all day......she completely forgot about going fishing and dale even went and got his fishing license the day before....... we just let her go and didnt even remind her since she was having so much fun that day. heres a couple pics.........girls version of a tree house...lol
