we finally rolled in about 10 last night......the trip home took forever..... pics and more later......... still trying to recoop...

We are still working our way home.....spent the nite at dales bros last night and the weather isnt looking good for taking off any time soon for the rest of the trip home. We still have 8 or 9 hrs to go yet and after the trip to dons in the pouring rain for many many miles we r trying to avoid it heading back.......it wasnt fun.....

We are setting out sometime this afternoon when dale gets off work.Time ?? who knows ! Going to stop in Springfield, Il for the nite....then on to ohio wed morning. First stop 2nd daughters to see grandkids, and spend the nite. Second stop moms, spend the nite there thursday. Dale is heading on over to Dons area thursday morning to see some old friends since we used to live there.(notice how hes skipping out on the MIL visit??) Haylie and I will catch up with him there friday. My oldest daughter flew out here saturday and will be riding with me back to ohio( she lives there) while dale rides the bike. Will be stopping into dons sometime friday afternoon/evening. Dale has a step sister who lives right there in S. Amherst she is keeping Haylie all day saturday for us while we attend MD. Heading west Sunday and spend the nite at dales bros in IN then its on home mon morning...... Wish us luck that the pain in the a** van doesnt give me any more probs on the trip.... beginning of trip isnt looking good for dale on the bike....storms around here this afternoon predicted..... see u all in ohio !!!

Is by any chance anyone looking for a stock studded midnight passengers backrest.???...took ours off the 04 and replaced with corbin a while back and this one is just taking up room...collecting dust..time to go!! excellent condition........if interested make us an offer and shoot us a pm.

At this time I would also like to remind people that if you want to attend the rally for 1 or 2 or all days and you feel like you just cant afford it all, as i know many of us are pinching penny's..... you are not required to buy a dinner, or t shirt or anything else for that matter to attend and ride and enjoy the company......so if you want to attend and don't want to spend money on that stuff please don't think u have to. Of course you will not be able to have dinner with us wed. night:whistling:, you will not get a great souvenir t shirt or patch but you can surely attend the gathering for the drawings, the rides, and the fun. You also can purchase items seperately if you do not want "the whole package"

hey bill check ur pm's im thinking maybe we should have the dinner wed night. at the other int. rallys the dinner was held the night before the last day as people tend to start drifting out for home on the last day...... its looking like several people will not be able to attend the dinner if we do it thurs night.. ive gotten a couple emails about that also besides the posts here. maybe we should take a poll on it.....

thanks bill and linda we had a good time even tho it was for only 1 day..... met some new faces........and some old...... now for those of u who werent there.......we actually got to find out that naked rider really rides naked........sorry no pics of that my camera broke as soon as I snapped of a pic of that. and for all those of you who dont think snarley is snarley.....u should of been in the kitchen listening to lindas storys.....dont be surprised if bill ever shows up at your place with his own fork..... and yes roadkill really has a wife !!

me thinks it would be a good idea to stick a sign down on the corner this year don.....it is so easy to miss hawley road.......that road sign is so hidden.... FREEBIRDS -----------------> we even miss it and we've been there numerous times........

we are gonna head out about 8:30 this morning....should be in herman by noon at the latest..we will hunt u guys down ...... dont know what route u r taking there ,94? if we cant find u we will call your cell bill ( not sure i have ur cell), or wrongways,,,,,are u planning on having lunch there somewhere? did kennys kids get there to pick them and the bike up? really sorry they we wont get to see them and his ankle sent him back home

i cant believe the prosecutors office hasnt called me at all to tell me any of this......this is all such good news for our case and they have made no contact....... i had to find it all out on my own. usually my advocate is pretty good about calling me with any news and these are some of the best news weve had.......so im not too happy with them once again......

wish we could get there sooner...... hope kenny is ok and can get on his ankle and ride...what a bummer. have u decided where ur going tomorrow or an approx time ur going?so we can try to meet u in herman or not???

hey u mite be on to an idea here;;; if everyone brings something....it could be anything, a joke, something useful, something not so useful, something new, something used,a thong, a bike part, a tshirt, a hat, a pin,lottery tickets from different states, anything you can come up with!! and then we have a little auction......of course we have to have somebody play auctioneer....like Big Tom would be good:whistling: and I here and now nominate him for the job!!! all proceeds raised from the auctioned items are then added to the CAN to help cover dons costs of MD......of course this doesnt take the place of the donations we usually drop in the can for our meal, so we would still do that.....this would just be some extra $$$ for the pot ! noone would even have to know who brought what or who brought anything.......we just drop our special items in a designated box.....and then saturday afternoon we have some fun with this.

holy chit.........and i thought dale was bad..........i promise i will never ever get mad at him again for his messy garage....... if i could only get him to clean it up tho........its usually me who does it.........in fact just a few weeks ago I spent 7 hours cleaning and organizing it.........even sorted out all 3 drawers of socket wrenches in the craftsman tool box , etc. and its still kinda messy......lol there are times u can barely walk thru it.......but we only have a 1 car garage.thank god we have a shed for the mowers and garden tools.

well ok then, lets add a little more great news today......... Dale has been totally ruled out on the dna.......... just got back from police station and they told me that news !!! get those forks and knives sharpened !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
