One of my closest friend owns and 2003 Ultra. Garaged all of its life. The clutch was beginning to pull hard. He took it to a local shop, not a dealer, that charges less. The shop owner indicated the clutch cable needed replaced. He also suggested that the throttle cable be replaced at the same time. I was shocked at price for the repair. Parts and labor $1100. Ouch!!!

Hello: I hear yah! Not quite that cold here in Nebraska yet. 42 degrees overnight and 75 during the day. Our days our numbered also. We had a good season, rode more than normal. Take care....

Good luck to everyone: Our Son in Law from Wyoming was one of the many firefighters flown to Texas for a two week tour recently. He know how it feels. He and our Daughter lost their home to a fire two years ago.

Hello Everyone: We had been planning a ride back to our Daughter's home in Riverside WY. We dropped in on her on the way home from the Cody Rally. I envited a few local VR.org members Patrolman46 and Babe, Vstar1230 LoriB along with Roger and Lori H from the Venture Owners FB page along with a few others. Ended up with 9 riders on 7 bikes. Rode 600 miles over the weekend. Made more new friends. RogerII has join our group as a result of our trip. Proud to be a member here!!!

Hello: I too was looking at a few useable parts from that same bike. I noticed the mileage also. Makes me leary of doing business with them. Other members have had mixed reviews about their service. Let us know what you find out. Thanks
