Hello Everyone: Weather here in W. Nebraska was very nice today. Sunny and warm, temps in the 40's. I got called out on a service call this afternoon. I mentioned to my customer that it was almost nice enough to ride my bike. That started the conversation, I soon learned my customer and his wife just enjoyed their first season on a Yamaha VStar 1100. I mentioned this wonderful site to them. They wrote the website address down and hopefully we will see another member on here soon. I love my job and the fact that I meet new people everyday.

I have been using AVG for several years with good results. One of the local computer experts here recently reccommended free software from AVAST. Hope this helps?

The stock seat on my6 05 RSTD was uncomfortable after 50 miles. I tried a Mustang for a short time and parking lot tested an ultimate, however those seats changed my riding stance and I could not touch flat footed with a 30 inch inseam. I had Rick Butler modify my stock seats and we have rode as much as 465 miles on one given day with no issues. Rick's mod is well worth the money. -
I agree with you completely!!!!!! Coffee pot and working internet. If I have internet issues i ask for a manager and offer to check out and go elsewhere. Motels are notorius for using cheap access points.

Dispite it being winter time here in Nebraska, our weather last weekend was in the mid 50's. I called Patroman46 to see if he could ride after lunch. I sent him a text just as I was suiting up. He returned my text, indicating the " MANURE" spreader broke down and he could not go. Has any one heard of a " Crappier" excuse???

Hello: My Wife started out reading ibooks on an Apple Ipad $500. Great to carry with us on the scooter for email and internet access also. She thought she would miss the book shopping experience at various book stores, but soon learned the convenience of shopping for ibooks was very very convenient. Our 5 year old grandson took a liking to the Ipad so I purchased my wife a WiFi Kindle reader for $150, she really likes it, easier to see the text in direct sunlight. Thinner than actual book. Smaller and lighter than the Ipad. No more books laying around the house in need of hauling or trading with others. Just my thoughts. Hope this helps?

Hello everyone: We have been trying to catch up with Brian and BJ for the past two Sturgis events. Not an easy task with events and crowds. I learn more every year. This year we discovered the FFA breakfast at the Sturgis Highschool was a great place to meet. No large crowds. Great food. Lighter traffic in the morning. It would be a great place to meet up. Just my thoughts. Anytime we can meet others VR members is great.

Welcome to this wonderful site. nice looking ride. I hope you get as much out of it as I have. We have made many wonderful friends in two years. We ride from our home in Nebraska to the Saratoga area a few times each season.

Hello Everyone: My work took me to Ogallala NE, again recently. I was finally able to meet VR member dludke. Our schedules never allowed us to meet during the riding season this year. I sure appreciate this site!! I have made so many nice friends such as Doug on this site. Take care everyone.
