We are told in the last days there will be an increase in "pestillances" and that "time and unforeseen circumstances befall us all" TImes will get harder before they get better. All we can do is rely on our creator. She certainly deserves to be in our thoughts! She is obvioulsy a caring human being and needs all our support. And After all...she is married to you! -
A case of a LEO being in the right place at the right time

Why is it that a LEO's word is good enough to give you a ticket for running a stop sign, illegal turn or something like that...but not for trying to run someone off the road??!!!!! Now, with a minor slap on the wrist, that person is even more ticked off at bikes. I wouldn't want to be the next one he encounters! He should be in jail for a few weeks for "wreckless" endangerment...if you excuse the pun! -

My first guess would be you you have a wire pinched and exposed somewhere closing the circuit. 2nd guess would be the switch itself needs to be pulled apart and checked. -
Go to the View or Options menu for your browser and Zoom to 400%...plenty big enough to read! I"m using I.E. 9 and the options menu is the "gear" at the top right of the screen Then just put it back to 100%

Have you considered a liquid stop leak product? I used one called "SLIME" ( I think) on mine and it worked well

Many,MANY years ago my friends Dad had a hearing aid that was built into the arm of his glasses. I never even knew until one day he said to me " What? Speak up! I can't hear you I don't have my glasses on .

Although I was never really into running I used to be into all kinds of sports...but now my body said "ENOUGH"! I've dislocated my shoulders so many times with Gymnastics, moto-cross and Hockey that I have to be careful just putting on a T shirt or they pop out again! I've been on a peck machine and poped it out...I've been on a bench with free weights and popped it out. My knees are both bad, I have a permanently detached A.C.L. in one and arthritis in both. I can't kneel for more than a couple of minutes I've got arthritis in my hips too. So now I don't do much of anything. Even going for a walk hurts after a mile or so. Could explain why I'm so active here....I can sit and type!

Many here know I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and have been for almost 25 years. That means I take an active part in the door to door ministry. Trust me....when it comes to the pros and cons of discussing religion, I've probably heard it all. Very few we meet are willing to discuss the Bible, and MOST people disagree with our teachings. For example, we don't celebrate Christmas because we believe that the modern day Christmas celebration has very little to do with Jesus and is a compillation of traditions of pagan origins (i.e. the christmas tree, yule log, mistletoe etc) Now most of the western world DOES celebrate Christmas! Do I get upset if someone wishes me a Merry Christmas? NO! Because they are merely wishing me well. I look for the best in people, and expect the best intentions in whatever they say or do. To do anything else would be un-Christian! (sorry...couldn't resist!) .

I don't own a 2nd Gen so I'm not in the market for anything from this seller, but I've seen this often on E-Bay and now here and I always wonder WHY NOT? Boxing it up would be the same price! The Buyer usually has to pay the shipping (and deal with customs)...so what's the problem? It is always preferred to use USPS instead of UPS or FedEx to avoid the outragous brokerage fees they charge to cross the border. That means you have to pay the postage up front....but you can always have the buyer pay the cost before you ship. So why do sellers DISCRIMINATE against us poor Cannucks? (Did I just open the floodgates for a world of digs?)

As the Original Poster I feel I must defend myself agianst this cruel and unwarrented attack:whistling: ---just about says it all! We pick on Harleys, RIDICULOUS riders of all makes and models and do it all in fun. We also pick on Americans, Canadians, Southerners, Army vs Navy, we pick on 2nd Gen owners (well ....that ones understandable) and each other. BUT.....We do so in good natured fun are not so MEAN AND NASTY AS SOME ARE as to call anyone a bunch of a## h###s:stickpoke: Just sayin..

or we can all just make Don's life a little easier and put the locaton as "town, state" (or province) in full. I used to have "somewhere north of Kingston" and it couldn't find me either. But...when I put in town and province it does it perfectly.

It worked well for Freebird's and JemorissonJr....but not for condor's! It opened up a map of the world with lots of points of interest flagged. I figured NOBODY would know where Tichborne is....so I always used "North of Kingston"...but now I've changed it and it works

Years ago I did a 450 honda chopper (just for fun) and polished all the aluminium bits on the bike. When I got close to finished I ended with jeweller's rouge. It sure shined pretty! -
My wife is not a real avid rider. She has bad hips and just can't handle long rides....mostly, she does it because she loves me. I'm slowly convincing her to go on longer and longer rides....with frequent rest stops of course. Sometimes it's a PIA. I'd like to just go! And her asking me to watch out for this or that can get a bit tiresome....but I'd much rather have her with me than not...so you just have to accommodate some things.

Don was tied up at a trade show Squidly is pre-occupied with Ponch Eck is probably around but long suffering Not sure of any others...but this thread is still here! Maybe if we suggest that that the dog must be a religious MINISTER who is ALSO a member of congress that will do it !
