    Ed, Yep - I used the same method as you a while ago using long white plastic screws with plastic bolts on each side for adjustment. Jeff

    Geico Motorcycle Insurance... $219.00 Per year for me.. FULL COVERAGE.. and Towing with flatbed.. It also cover's the trailer I tow behind the bike. and ALL the Goodies that I have added to the bike.! I have been VERY happy with them. Jeff

    Kent, I have all that stuff to do this project and my fairing is still off and both left and right tabs are broken as well. have been for sometime now.. I have been installing the new speakers and such , then gave up as it got cold. the whole front is still apart. So I hope DON ad's this to the tech fix-it , so I can look at it if I lose it in this forum *lol* Thanks so much for the neat fix.. It has been bothering me.. and with the larger windscreen Those tabs just do not hold up.. If I still do not understand your method I will give you a jingle.. I think I still have your cell # From when I am suppose to send you my head-sets *oops* Jeff

    I have my Zumo on the left now. keeps my right hand available for the fuel and the front brake. also the unit was made for that reason. Jerry... no problem. thought if I could get it for $5 I would. I think It would be kind of neat to know when you were coming to one of them things.. I do not run red lights ever. but it would be fun to have Zumo tell me. Jeff

    Kent.. great idea.. I see the new brace attached the the broken piece with the bolt that is used for the windshield. but I do not see how you attached the windshield to the place were you have the brace. ????? And with that piece broken like mine are how will that brace stay there I guess I am not understand the pictures right.. Jeff.

    yes Don , .. so , what I ended up doing is I purchased the Linksys350N The only reason I did not go with the NetGear was that for the extra 20 bucks I also can USB my 500Gig Hard Drive to the Linksys and I can FTP to it from anywhere.. kind of a neat feature. Unlike some here I have had nothing but good luck and good service support from the gang there and the product. after all that said. And now owning a N Router there is NO Difference in performance then my old faithful WRT54G Linksys Router. But Like I say I now have the USB Port AND in the future I can Up Grade a couple cards. I also Just switched over From my Slow 756 Kb DSL to Cable and I am now running at over 7,000 kb.. IT is incredibly fast , heck my pages are opening even before I click my mouse now.. Jeff Linksys WRT350N $129.00 Linksys WRT54G $44.00 NetGear $109.00 Ohhhhh And THANKS Everybody for all of your input it really helped get me down to at least the $100.00 Range and I see no use in paying over that for any N router. and BTW.... In JUNE of 08 the next Will be the (Y) Router. All it does is give you almost 2 miles of range and nothing more, but the format will be called (Y) I also have Encrypted all our home computers as well. (no since in having my neighbors using up my bandwidth)

    I am going to switch over to Wireless N Technology I have noticed that there is so many to choose from. I am wanting any feedback on anyone that has gone this way. I am now using Linksys WRT54G. I also am switching over to a higher speed cable connection. Dumping my slow 756k DSL. Thanks for any input. Jeff
